This is why you shouldn't be accepting accounts as collateral anymore. I made this mistake as well but I was lucky the scammer or someone else didn't negative rep the account provided as collateral

As far as trust goes, I had asked the current trust providers if they would remove them increasing the value of the account. They were neutral on it, but I realised this account may attract more -ve later from others. As such I asked them not to consider it for now, and decided to sell it as it is with the buyers being fully aware of the risks involved https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9888963
There has been prior where -ve trust has been removed (reference). But its safer to buy it assuming it will remain -ve trusted and value it accordingly.
Its a risk/reward situation. If the buyer can get the ratings removed the value is doubled. On the other side, campaigns allowing -ve trust participants may stop, rendering the account useless.
