Getting 0.05 is easy through signature:
1)If You increase your rank
2 If you request your father to run the signature campaign while you are a Jr.Member
(No offense! Just a joke )Dude, forget it! Noone will be interested in your individual signature until you are Satoshi, Admin or a VIP(maybe)!
As everybody else has said 0.05btc is too much, also the 50 posts per week you offer is quite alot, most signature campaigns only need about 80max per month to prevent spam from people just posting for the btc.
0.05 for a Jr. Member is impossible.

And "Work won't come to you, you will have to go find work yourself", so like others you will have to go and see requirements of each campaign and apply for the one which accepts Jr. Members.

Your rate is way overpriced. Nobody will pay that rate for advertising on the forum. When they do, btc will have a value of $100 per BTC You should enroll now in a campaign that takes Jr. members and make constructive posts until you reach a level where you get a higher rate per post.
