I think they said in the primedice thread that it would be open to everyone and that they had 50 bitcoins for the campaign. They even showed what the rate will be for each section of the forum.

The rates were given as an example only. They will be different. PD is currently only open to Staff but with the re-launch it will be opened up to other Membergroups but likely not all of them. At least the few higher ranks.
Primedice isn't opening up to anyone except staff members unfortunately.

To become a Senior Member you need 240 posts and to wait for 7months!
You will be able to earn much more than 0.1/month with the signature campaign of Primedice.

If you search you can always find good paying campaigns. But they are gone fast ofcourse. PD was doing strange, they just took everyone in, and then sacked them slowly out till they closed.

0.4 is quite low when you think about it but it's seemingly the going rate, but that's for a bog-standard 240 or so activity one and this is going on Hero-level. There's more of Seniors for sale now so that will keep the price down as well but they'll likely be more valuable when a big campaign like PD re-enters the field.
i think 0.40 is low as you will need months in order to reach Sr.Member and 0.10 / month is easy to enter with this level...

It doesn't matter. I have checked many signature campaigns and I just know this. My signature is not a referral link. This link is from a signature campaign from Bitmixer and with this campaign you'll be able to earn max 0.14 per month as a Full Member.

You don't have to pay more if you don't want to, but nobody is going to sell accounts for pittance. Signature campaigns come and go and with PD coming back soon you'll likely be able to ROI and profit within a month so selling accounts for such a low price is pointless.
