This can actually be done directly by oneself on CEX, there are exchanges who has PYUSD/USDT and you can just convert it directly. Bitget recently added that new development.

hi alterra I don't have right now 1718$ but I can complete it in small tranche as I'm using a account I have to exchange instantly paypal to USDt so most of time I'm like a intermediate people can try e with small amounts without escrow What's the most you can do? I don't know if you're international and Paypal charges a stupid fee so I'm trying to avoid that if possible.
