if its an account without posting activity,rank and avatar then its not worth 0.1BTC
only registration date didn't make it worth 0.1BTC, without posts its like a newly registered account as today

What is the difference between new and old account?
The way activity is calculated is also timebased, beside to posts number, so an old account might rise in activity level faster than a new one.
