Why not use a combination of methods to split up the risk and also the amount into smaller chunks? If you send to one person in China and do Localbitcoin with 20 people it would be more manageable than risking one amount in one transaction. The banks flag deposits above a certain threshold anyway, even if it is send in chunks over a long period. I hope this is a legal transaction, and not some tax avoidance thing or drug deal, because I do not want to be part of that.

What do you say? ^hmmm^

I'm Chinese and can tell that just simply send the Bitcoin to that person's address and withdrawing Chinese yuan from a Chinese exchange is easy, but I don't know what would happen if you withdraw a big amount of money, they might ask something or if it's legal for the person receiving the money. By the way, How big is your amount?

Feel free to PM me for further questions, I would love to help. Smiley

Depends on how much bitcoin it is about, I think anyone in china can exchange 100 bitcoin without too much trouble, they have a foreign currency exchange quota of $50000 per year per person

Honestly I don't know, the Bank might ask you a lot of questions, you know, the anti-money laundering.

i received some message from legendary users here from the forum, who offers to do all the chain, from receiving the bitcoins in his wallet, and delivery the yuans for a tax of 0.25%. it´s almost what i need. i need to design a supply chain from my wallet to the chinese bank account whoit nobody in th emiddle its that possible?

you will receive many messages from people. greed is a big thing and as soon as you mentioned sending alot of bitcoin. greedy people will make many promises to you.

the safest way is to tell your friend who will receive it. to send you his bitcoin address and you send the funds to your friend (NOT strangers you meet on a forum).

then tell your friend about
local bitcoins
btcchina.com
and the many other exchanges that he can link his bank account, to receive the funds.

most exchanges and services do not like you to give bank details of another person. it is best you let the bank account holder do the exchange.

How big is the amount? You may have problems with bank and maybe legal problems if you can't prove that the money has been obtained legally.

But you still can use localbitcoins or withdraw slowly

Just send it to his/her bitcoin address like normal. Chinese users can use blockchain.info chan't they?

Well, the OP stated that that wasn't his real problem further down in the thread. Here's the quote. Wink

actually i need to know how easy is for the person in china to convert/exchange bitcoin for the local currency,
not in the china banks i suspect, but working with some bank account who can receive the already converted bitcoins/yuens... is there any way to do that in a more automatically way??:

Can't you just use localbitcoins to exchange the Bitcoin to yuan? You can do in person cash to bitcoin trades. I'm sure that you can also do bank transfers for bitcoin as well.

There are also several exchanges that I think allows you to withdraw to a chinese bank.

I am not sure people can just withdraw in China from the exchanges to their Chinese bank accounts. Last known fact was that their bank accounts were cut off from the exchanges.

Apparently users from China are using loopholes to fund their accounts. I know that they are using vouchers that are redeemable for Yuan, also special no limit debit cards that are available in some parts of the country.

So yes, process that you are asking is not that straightforward as it is in the Western countries I believe.

Not too sure if there would be any issues as you are just sending from one BTC address to another BTC address
