It's quite a simple ponzi compared to others. No useless website, no rounds just a straight up ponzi. Each deposit is payed one after the other in order.
Why can't you send from a web wallet?
Web wallets use multiple inputs to send your bitcoins. Therefore there is no return address which links to your wallet.

Nothing, he probBly just bought an account and is trying to use it to scam.Don't worry I won't scam you of a few dollars unlike the ponzis that are based in Vietnam.
