I saw this on the news yesterday and meant to look it up and post it, but then forgot to. Well done.

William Shatner was going to purchase a few but he was already committed to another engagement.

News Reporter: William Shatner, why are you not attending Leonard Nimoy's funeral?
William Shatner: Logic dictates that he's not planning on attending mine.

That's weird!

When I was a kid living on the north side of Chicago, I recall watching the original Star Trek series at the age of 8 and 9 (not reruns). Our phone number then was 312-252-0661, and lived at 2561 W. Evergreen. I guess I remember those numbers because it was ingrained in most kids' head in case of the unexpected before, during and after school, of which I walked to alone.

Woke up this morning and read this, Sort of wrecked my day.

I really liked Mr Spock and could never think of the actor behind him as anything else. If I saw him in anything but Star Trek I immediately thought it's Mr Spock.
