If you are interested to try out the service and are able to leave an honest review let me know here and i will contact you.
Where do we need to post review for this cards and you still have them available?

I think you should clarify something written on your website, first you wrote that cards are compatible with Apple Pay, but this is only valid for HK cards, correct?
And is any card compatible with Google Pay?

Hi, reviews can be left here in the thread so everyone can see it.
Only the HK card can be added to apple pay correct but is in USD balance and can be used under any name or address.
None of the cards allow google pay.

please reach out to https://t.me/shadowpayvcc and i'll send you a review copy.

And i must say,  op was very helpful in getting me setup for whatever i needed to use vcc for as I had a few hurdles which he walked me through to get things running..and these dont look like stolen cards btw as they are personalized in user's names **unless I dont know**

I find it hard to get anyone interested in this offer when no one on the forum has even bought and tested a single card from you. Besides that it starts to enter the realm of the suspicious, as we see too many scam attempts on the forum. I am not saying that you are going to do it but in general we are wary of business offers that refer to private conversation instead of giving the maximum of information publicly as I told you at the beginning. And in this case trying to sell a card issuance system that nobody has tested and we know little else I don't think it will attract any serious potential buyer.

Thanks for your reply.
I get your point and as i have mentioned in an earlier post i am happy to answer all questions here, and disclose more to a high ranking member, admin or moderator, no problem at all. Even willing to show the full account being registered under my name and show my ID and everything as i have nothing to hide in that sense. Already had a buyer, new account tho so i know that won't make much difference once he leaves a review but slowly i am sure more people will follow.

It's a new service i am starting and over time it will grow, i'm not in a rush Smiley

If you'd like to try it tho i am willing to provide you with a review copy in return for an honest review.

Guys, as i will have less time to fully focus on selling individual cards do to personal issues i am open to negotiation to sell the full account so you'll be able to create unlimited cards yourself or start a service and sell cards yourself.
Dm or reply here if you are interested.

If I understand correctly, you want to sell a bank account opened in your name to someone you don't know, regardless of the fact that you could get into trouble with the law if the person who buys your account does something illegal? That doesn't seem logical to me at all.

It's not an actual bank account.
It's a financial site for companies and individuals where you're able to create the virtual credit cards for either employees or for yourself for advertising purposes to keep everything separated. I wouldn't sell to just anyone, it needs to be a someone trustable and i would need to know who that person is.

Good to see you are on the forum and offering your service. But I think the fee you have mentioned is quite high and it is not a reasonable fee at all as other services provide their service by taking lower fees and the service period is longer than yours. So, to compare ith them you should change the fee rate of the deposit.

The cards i offer do not expire.
As long as the monthly fee is paid for the cards will continue to work.
As for the fee i think it is reasonable especially when depositing with crypto that has to be converted, there are no KYC requirements, so privacy is also maintained at all times depending on what name you choose to be on the card.

What I really wanted to say is that none of these providers that issue virtual cards allow cash to be withdrawn from ATMs. At least I've never heard on the forum that such a thing exists or that anyone has written that they've used such a card. I assume that the card should be issued in physical form, and when such a card is added to the mobile wallet, it is possible to withdraw cash from ATMs.

Well, the best way to know would be to try it and the OP himself says he hasn't tried it but I highly doubt that a Mastercard I have on my mobile added to Google Pay (or Wallet, as it's now called), won't let me withdraw money.

I thought to ask ChatGPT and it says that in most cases yes, but for that the ATM must support NFC, as I said before, but that some issuers of virtual cards restrict its use to only payments for online purchases and in stores but that should be able to check the OP somehow.

I had to go back and reread the OP to realize that I had missed “VCC”. Then I think Lucius is quite right. But I see use in direct payments in stores and withdrawing money also in NFC adapted ATMs.
~snip~

As for withdrawing cash from ATMs, it's not that it's not possible even with virtual cards, but as far as I know, it's only possible at ATMs from the bank that owns the card. In other words, I don't believe that you can add a card to one of the mobile wallets and withdraw cash at an ATM with the cards offered by the OP.

However, everything the OP offers requires a lot of trust on both sides - because he is the one who makes the card, but also the one to whom you send the crypto that he sells to top up the card. I wonder how he will justify such transactions, especially if there are a lot of clients who are looking for cards with larger amounts.

I full agree that it requires trust between both sides and therefore i am willing to provide my own id and such to high ranked members or admin in order to verify myself and show who i am.

As for taking out money this is something i haven't tried myself or anyone else who use the cards so this would be something i need to try out.

I can assure you that everything is completely legal on my side.
I am even willing to verify myself with any high ranked user or admin showing that the main account that the cards are being created under are under my own name and everything. And as you say you'll be loading it yourself and therefore no stolen money or other real people's identity are being used for this.
So you are saying that your real legal name will be used in this virtual cards?
What about address connected with the name, if someone is using the same card for purchasing and shipping physical items to different countries/locations?

The main account is under my name but the cards themselves will be linked to a name and address you provide.
This can either be a EU or USA address.

False. I have withdrawn money many times using a card added to google pay from banks that were not the issuers of the card.

I'd like to add that the cards will not hold crypto themselves.

When you send crypto to load i will convert it personally and then load the actual card with either USD or EUR so there will be no market price fluctuations.
