I sold all the Dogecoin in my cart. I don't want any money to come from here anymore. Doge made me lose a lot of money. For me, don't expect too much from dog anymore.
don't you also get many advantages if you are a longtime member who holds and plays on Dogecoin?
I am sure from what you are saying, you are a person who really knows how Dogecoin is moving in the market. actually, you are a fan of Dogecoin. but you forget how much you spent and how much you got from Dogecoin.
But you are doing the right thing when what is called a meme coin has to be sold immediately when there is a moment of profit. If I were you, of course, I would sell it and not follow market trends.

Be practical, if you are already in green and you are satisfied enough.

Selling your assets is worthy, as long as you are okay with your gains then there's no need to worry knowing that this market have a huge volatility, the chance of seeing the value to dumped is very possible, timing is very important make sure to analyze the market and take your position once you are well decided.

Just spend 10 minutes reading how Dogecoin was conceived, what's it for, where it's used and you would never be eager to hold dofe for the long term. Dogecoin has no fixed supply and it's a miracle that it's still running considering that the project has no maintainers anymore.
Don't but Doge thinking it will give you some return in the future, Elon's pump was probably the last one.

In the cryptocurrency market, the logic behind the rise of several cryptocurrencies is hard to explain. DOGE was originally created to mock Bitcoin. But after some time, it achieved cult status among a section of cryptocurrency users. Even the creator of DOGE disowned that coin. But that had little impact on it's exchange rate or trade volumes. Obviously powerful people are pumping DOGE. The pump will come to an end at a certain point and at that time DOGE will end up similar to XRP.

Billy Markus, one of the creators of Dogecoin, said he was baffled as to what is happening with DOGE right now. He said that he is no longer linked to the project and he already sold off his coins in 2015 and bought a second hand car. I am actually surprised that he did not become a rich man because of his creation. He made a joke, and the joke became serious that he left. Now the joke is making some whales rich because of hype. I don't think the hype lasted though and it will now on a downhill path to obscurity again.

My advice is not to stake in an altcoins as you say you convert your btc for doge this is a bad idea because you do not see the potential of other altcoins and instead you just rely on an altcoins it is not bad but if you ask me try to hold other altcoins that are longterm and have potential like bnb and ada because I know it has a future and I believe that over many years its value will be even higher.

Except for Elon pumps, we will have many other pumps but sum up the situation, holding Doge gives us too much suspense and confusion because as you said, we only need a quick glance at Doge's information and team, it's not really that iconic, doge seems to be an outdated icon, big investors are just waiting for the opportunity to pump and dump it. The possibility of holding Doge to be relatively profitable is possible but the nature of this contract contains too many shortcomings and risks, investors should limit and consider other contracts

Doge is one of the alternative coins for investment today because there are many surprises that can be made by Doge besides it, elon musk is always making hype about negative and positive doge , I personally still invest in Doge because I believe the price of Doge will rise again
and if he stops paying attention to the doge?Or tomorrow he will say that he is disappointed with them. This is already a dangerous tool, and it must come to an end.

I should say that your plan to convert your bitcoins and use them to buy DOGE is not really a good thing. Keep your bitcoins and buy more bitcoins if the price is lower. Right now DOGE is at a price that is acceptable but we do not know when the next good thing in DOGE would be. The hype is gone and we should just simply be cautious investors and traders when it comes to the alts. We don't know what the future of the alts might be but all knows Bitcoins future is good.

If you look at the coins from the top 20 CMC, then over time they will only grow, the same DOGE a couple of years ago was worth much less than now, and this coin was in sufficient quantity for each of us, so I think holding coins is the best investment for a long time.

I don't think only 20 top in CMC will grow, Over time there's a good possibility that good projects like polkadot or ETH might show up and they might take some coin's place in top 20.
Regardless of this in this recent bull run we've seen many Coins, as well as Tokens, go up. Forget that they were in 20 CMC but they were not even in the top 100 CMC coins or Tokens.

Never ever sell your bitcoin for other altcoins... That is not a really wise decision imo. Yes you can also get profit from other altcoins but you wont get from those altcoins that you will be getting with Bitcoin.. To be honest, doge is in just in hype which imo would be a bad idea if you would buy at this price, wait for more dump

I've sold my doge. trading in doge now is risky. Previously I was still holding when Elon Musk tweeted but the last tweet from elon saying selling doge made me stop to hold or trade this. since the increase in the doge has not decreased at the initial support point and this is risky if we calculate the percentage later we will lose to hold. better look for other altcoins , This Pump and Hype is at risk
I think you are among those who easily panic in reading market news. the price of the doge has indeed decreased, but if you look at it at the moment the price is not bad either.
indeed looking safe by selling your assets is a good choice because what makes the pump of Dogecoin is Elon and Elon's words also ended the market.
I'm sure you are not alone, many other people also feel like you. but I hope you don't panic when investing in other assets.

I would let the decision of selecting a crypto on rather it be doge or litecoin.
If I’m not wrong then the hype around DOGE started when Elon Musk made a comment on it.
Regarding fees, it’s not that high if you choose segwit for bitcoin, i remember my transaction got confirmed in 30 minutes for 10sat/bt.

-snip-

As you have seen, there are many posts advising you to hold this coin and if you have a lot of time, you can start trading by buying another coin, then go back to buy Dogecoin with the profit you received through trading.
No one knows if the price of Doge will continue to rise, but with the 500 Dogecoin you currently have, you can take a 2% profit by trading or staking it on exchange platforms that support Dogecoin staking.

The guy has around 500 dogecoin, which is around $25 right now and he is asking should he hold it or not? The answer is simple - hold it. $25 wont change your life generally. Even by finding, that you are probably from India (as you post in Indian local board), $25 wont affect on your life much. If you were desperate in need of money, your post history would consist mostly from bounty reports. I see none of them. If I were you, I would hold 500 dogecoin for years. Who knows, maybe in 5 year it will be $500.

If you have no another plan, why not? But if you gonna sell BTC or other promising cryptos for Dogecoins, think about it. It doesn't worth selling BTC and buy dogecoin which is promoted by social media influencers.
I agree, it is very unprofitable in my opinion if we want to sell bitcoin just because we want to buy Dogecoin, I don't see Dogecoin as having a decent value when compared to bitcoin, the history of Dogecoin is proof that if indeed Dogecoin is a meme coin, there are many other coins that are better than dogecoin, like ethereum or binance coin.
The increase in the price of Dogecoin in the last few weeks is not because Dogecoin has good fundamentals, but because it was pump up by Elon Musk and his followers who spread the FOMO.

I have some DOGE, received from faucets. Not much just around 500.

After the increase in the transaction fees of BTC, I have thought of converting my BTC and LTC to DOGE for the transactions and keep them as DOGE. On the second thought, I thought of converting my DOGE to LTC and keep.

I have gone through some articles about DOGE's future price and I got some 50-50 opinions. I discussed with my friend and he suggested me to hold till mid-2021, I can't say why till mid-2021.

It's true that many sites have started accepting DOGE, thus it is getting popular so there is a chance that the price may increase. Still, my knowledge says there are certain loopholes like there is no upper limit in mining DOGE and it is still much easier to mine compared to others. In short, the demand & cost curve is a bit of a failure here. Though one can't say what might happen after 20 years.

Here I want some expert advice on this. Whether it is a good idea to convert and hold or keep my DOGE reserve constant.

The things you are planning by now in the future for me is not a good idea in my own opinion only dude.
You are just risking your assets, if I were you, the bitcoin you owned now much better to hold more in your wallet
rather than selling it just because you wanna convert it into dogecoin. Don't do it if you don't want to regret it in the end.
