Gambling is a game of luck if you won huge here, that does not mean that you made a huge profit because if you sum it up your losses could be greater than your winning or your winning is just enough to cover your losses, I have never convinced or inspired people to gamble because of potential profit in fact I tell them that they should gamble what they can afford to lose and gambling is high risk you should know when to quit

Being an active member who usually visits and posts on gambling boards, I can help but notice posts related to "gambling addiction" which results in deeper problems, so I'm thinking, how about let's share some positive vibes by sharing our winning bet slips here so they will also think that we can actually win in gambling.

I suggest that you share your personal betslip and maybe put some remarks/explanation on how and when you won it, that way you can always come back here and reminisce about our success in this long journey.

As much as I respect the intention behind this post, sharing one's betslip may yield to a result which is opposite on what is originally intended.

As most users have expressed their willingness to share their respective betslips, they also understand the implication of such act. To be honest, if I were a gambler and I would see tons of betslips with winning odds plus their respective amounts, this would further boost my addiction and thus sparking my interest again in gambling. Again, sharing betslips may yield to a result which is opposite to what is intended.

I think it is a positive move to create a thread like this where we can share our winning moments. Yes there are many sad stories and addiction we keep hearing about thr gambling and creating a thread like this will give some happiness and we will be able to share our winning moments. I will surely take part in this and will keep sharing whenever I winn something big.

You have it totally wrong here..... If you want to reduce gambling addiction... you need people to post their bet slips with "losses" and not "wins" ...because that will help them to see that people are losing a lot more ..than what they are winning.

I put a $500 bet on South Africa vs England in yesterdays Rugby match and South Africa lost... I also put a bet on Watford FC to lose against Manchester United FC and Watford won with 4 - 1 goals.

So if you want to win.... just ask me what I am betting on...and then bet on the opposite team, because I always lose.  Angry Angry Angry

I opted not to share even if people here are sharing their winnings I don't think you can inspire people to gamble, and this is not something to be used to inspire people to gamble, if you are asking bet slip here, you might as well ask them how much it cost to reach that earnings and I would not even brag or show my winning, you don't inspire people to gamble you teach people to be a responsible gambler.
This takes my support , because Inspiring someone to gamble is a NO NO for me , i rather discourage people to engage in gambling if I had a choice , imagine those people that starting to be discourage in gambling because of continues losses and here we are we will inspire them because of our success in Betslips?
i may choose to keep my silence instead of sharing mine, though i remember 1 or 2 x that i shared my Wins in ANN Thread but that is because i am joining a competition and the highest winning will win the event so i have no choice but to try my best but of course I fail  Grin

First of all I'm not really into sports betting since few years back, and I do bet on sports when I want only on specific event only (especially when there is a promotion from the bookies).
Secondly I would prefer to be more careful with the word "inspired" from bet slips especially bets slip of a decent win.
It can be an inspiration/motivation but most of the time it leads people to play more than what they used to do because they are getting triggered with the bet slips and want to get the same as the shared bet slips.
Of course it depends on ourselves how to deal with those bet slips of others.

Regardless of whether we share winning proofs here, addiction is already an addiction. The only way they can battle is thru self-challenging. The more they lose the more they will be inspired to win because they will chase their loss.

Posting proofs here should be fine just for sharing purposes. No other reasons aside from that.

Without winning winning stories, people cannot know how much they can win when they sign up for an online casino.Huh
This show of success helps gamblers in the long run and helps them get more attention with their friends and family members. It also lets people know that it is possible for them to make a lot of money through online casinos.!!
Although many people do not agree with this, this is not a lie. On the other hand, without winning stories, people cannot know how much profit they can make while betting on football matches.!!!!

so i have placed some bets in case there is a win I will show it here!!! Kiss

I don't think that there's a big effect about inspiration to others if we share our betslip here. Rather than be inspired, others might think that how those people win while they don't even how seriously they are on their analysis.

A win or loss betslip is also personal stuff so I doubt others will participate. As a support to your initiative even that's not necessary, I will try to share some of my good winnings betslip or proof.

I guess not all gamblers are willing to share their bet slips for various reasons such as privacy and security. Privacy means gamblers do not want to share how they bet and how much they bet/win/lose while security is to prevent something bad like hacking and phishing attempts.

Yes, most gamblers prefer to keep their winnings in private to keep their security safe as well because we all know that flexing our assets or winnings could only attract hackers and criminals. Based on what I've experienced, keeping things low key would be better rather than boasting though for some people, it could inspire others.
Indeed. Most gamblers do not want to show off their winning story to the public because that can be a risk for them if the bad guy sees that they can become a new victim. We should keep that winning to ourselves and not tell others about our winning.

But some gamblers who like to show off will share their winning story to get more attention from people. They feel that if people see their winning will think that they are pro gamblers.

I don't think sharing the wins by members here will help gambling addicts prevent themselves from gambling. It's going to be tricky to see that there are people who win in gambling, and you, yourself, don't get to win such an amount. I don't think it will be helpful since they probably want to achieve something similar to it and could lead them to even more addiction.

Maybe share what people have lost already and then perhaps change their minds into what they could look toward gambling in the first place.

I don't think sharing your victory is inspiring. Not that I think it as a bad way of inspiring people but I don't find it inspiring if you ask me. Just my opinion though and some may see it inspirational but some will get envy of you being lucky especially if you won big time. Lots of gamblers have lose more than they won. This could make other gamblers more addicted to winning and more money being lose after bet after bet.

Many people will post their winnings here but not how huge they've lost, you can win a big amount of money but if you compute and do the math you just gain half of what you've lost, we are not counting or forgetting our losses but proud of our winnings, I prefer to keep my winnings to myself because maybe I just got even, and besides if I have a friend here in this forum, they'll know my earnings and my loses, it's better to keep it and save your privacy.

Betslips are normally shared in ANN Thread of each gambling sites that exist mostly in gambling section specially those regular players that participates in the events conducted by the said site.
meaning if there are willing to share their win it may be there or repost here.

I am a small time bettor now(as i already learned my lessons) so i am not sharing my wins because it is not that worth a share lol.

Sharing or displaying winning bet slips here isn't a good idea, the fact that the bettor is winning consistently shows that person is very knowledgeable in that particular sport, however this might tempt some other gamblers who don't have or having little knowledge in that particular sport to embark on bettings in unfamiliar sport, at the end lose their hard earn money, personally I engage in soccer bettings and I have never reason to share my bet slips publicly, thus bet slips should be kept secret and anonymous.

You can hide the amount you bet and the betslip ID, that way you'll be untraceable if I only win a big amount or maybe just a decent amount. I would not hesitate to share my bet because when I was still new to gambling, particularly in sports betting, I am easily inspired by bettors sharing their bet slip.

There are some good and bad about this topic, first it wouldn't help the addicted players but might keep them pushing to bet more since they hope they will win something like some other users a good news is some players will be motivated in sports betting but just like what I have said even the people who stop playing or start to getting away with gambling might be motivated to and will start playing again.

I know that you only wanted to have some positive vibes here but this is just only my opinion.

I'm also not sharing even if I won a big amount or wagered a huge amount I don't think it's something that I am comfortable sharing there are newbies popping up here to post their winnings but there's a possibility that they are alt of prominent members here, it's better to keep it to yourself and be moderate in showing your earnings and the amount you've wagered, it's easy to expose you to phishing, they will trace your email from bounty campaigns that ask for email and from there, try to trap you.
