These days you can hardly find casino that are completely kyc free, for whatever reasons at some point you will be required to pass kyc and particularly in sensitive cases as this issue of multiple accounts it's through kyc verification that can be used to prove your originality as the account owner and to further  prevent you from having such experience in the future. At this point the ball is in your court to make your decision depending on how important your account is to you.
They can have service terms that they can do special, advanced KYC for conditional situations with their user account and suspicious activities. Even if they are completely KYC free at the moment, because they are a centralized service, they have to register license (if not now, they can do it in future) and have to obey to regulations, in future they will probably request KYC on their platform.

Don't use any centralized service and think you are free from KYC completely. If you are very hardcore, dislike KYC, don't send big money to your online accounts and feel disappointed or painful later because of KYC requirement. Your account is not important but your money is and you will have to KYC even you don't like it.

Frankly speaking I'm interested enough with this daily multiplier contest but I'm worrying myself because when I created my account (on June) my account got notified for "multi account" while it was the first time I created my sherbet account.
A week ago I tried to login but failed, tried the forgot password but I do not receive any email from you till now.
I asked live support at that time but failed to chat lively after waiting for 10 minutes and the bot says that I will be contacted by email but I do not receive any email so far.
Is there any better way to get a solution for this? Should I send you a pm about my registered email?
I think you don't need to worry if you haven't abused any promotions. I also received a notification about having more than one account on different platform like in the cryptogames.net. I just contacted the support and the good thing is they just need to close my other account, luckily my other account has no balance and I didn't made any bets or use any promotion.

Just contacted live support again few minutes ago, luckily there is online support so I got fast responses.
Support has just confirmed by email manually so I can use the forgot password feature and I can login now but support ask me to complete KYC.
I'm not sure if it is mandatory or not, but support ask me to do it once I can login back to my account.

I experience this situation on other platform where I need to do a KYC verification to prove the ownership of the account so maybe it goes the same with sherbet to. So maybe try to follow what they require so thay they can also verify that the real owner requesting the change password on your account. Although this is hassle but its part of their process to make sure that your account is safe and will not easily get penetrated  by certain people trying to get your account.

I used to play sherbet several times and made withdrawals several times and they didn't ask for KYC. However, after I was inactive for about 3 months I was asked for KYC, I did it and their KYC system was automatic, KYC would be approved automatically after we sent the data they needed. So far I don't think Sherbet has sent me any promotional messages either via email or anything else. I think it's safe for KYC here

If you use your account normally, all go smooth but if you are inactive a long time, login your account, it can trigger their systematic security alert and they can ask you to do some steps to verify ownership of the account.

Maybe what happened to me was because I had been inactive for several months so they asked for KYC

Same for action like suddenly log in and make a withdrawal request or a request to change account password. If the person is behind the request is an actual owner, I think completing the request is not too hard.

The challenge or barrier is being ready for KYC or not. It seems if you use a centralized platform, always being ready to do KYC is something you have to accept.

So the advice is very general too and good news is a reliable platform does not arbitrarily pull the card to damage their reputation.

Of course we protect the privacy of our users. KYC is part of the rules that we have to comply with because we have a license

If you have any other questions, feel free to send us a message

You can see the Terms and Conditions to know about KYC. We do not always ask for KYC but sometimes we will ask for KYC from our site users

If you have any other questions, feel free to message us  Wink
Because as a user does not know when the advanced KYC card will be pulled by the company compliance team, for sake of safety of a user fund, it's a safe approach to don't store big money in an online gambling account. I hope you see my reply right, I am not against your Terms of Service because I see it is common on centralized platforms.

So the advice is very general too and good news is a reliable platform does not arbitrarily pull the card to damage their reputation.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts

I don't know if this has ever been asked before, will those who win the prize in the contest and succeed in doubling the prize freely withdraw their money without having to do KYC?
I know that KYC is currently almost difficult for gamblers to avoid when playing at online casinos, but having to do KYC for just a few hundred dollars is certainly not a fun thing, unless the withdrawal of the proceeds from making a deposit is also a large amount of thousands of dollars.

He is a kind of gamblers who prove that with good skills and strategies, gamblers can increase their chances to win....

Whether or not it is accepted as a norm, it is by default, an understanding that skills in gaming isn't to be relied on. We all know luck has a greater percentage of contribution towards one's success in gaming and gambling generally, but it will be out of contest to say that one is winning cos he has the skills. Even the best of skills, when subjected to the gambling space, is still subject to uncertainties.

The skills only aid you to play within certain confines and considerations but not to be successful in a game charaterized by luck

Saying one relies on his skills when it comes to gambling is absolutely preposterous, I mean everyone knows that gambling is purely a game of luck. If it were to be dependent on one's skill alone then people who uses AI to help them predict a game would probably be winning every single game because who can be more experienced and has more analytical skills than an AI. Having the skill is good and only there to help guide you make the most appropriate decisions when betting, but never a guarantee that you'll win.

Skills maybe not the main factor to win on a luck based game but it plays a huge role upon getting huge chance to win. Unlike if you rely on pure luck and will not think about how you place your bets for sure that you end up getting more lesser chances to win. That's why familiarity and also counting is also important so you could enjoy the games you play.

So try to know more about that and be competitive gambler for sure that you would love what you do and enjoy more the game you participate. Although its not really necessary but for sure you will get more focus by doing somethings that you develop upon experience on playing.
