I do not trust the forecasts of analysts and crypto bloggers, and even more so the forecast for such a distant future. Shiba Inu of course can cost 5 dollars or even more, but on the condition that the US dollar depreciates very much. We can’t know for sure what the bitcoin rate will be in a few months, and even more so the Shiba Inu rate.

That "unknown" thing is the reason why people end up selling these coins and moving to more known things. Shiba "could" do something magical and awesome in the future, nobody denies that but there is a possibility of that, we do not know if it will happen or not. This is why I totally understand why people would prefer to see it get done a lot quicker with other things that have a roadmap and could actually make a difference.

Why invest into shiba for unknown reasons that may happen, when you can invest into ETH which will have a 2.0 for example? That is simply an example, you may have an answer to this but in the end there are too many examples like this.

Empty words and broken promises leads a heart astray they say, this looks like a fake prediction because the max supply of shiba inu is enough to drag the project back, with all the burns and stuff I still find it impossible for shiba to reach 1$ per token.

There's no guarantee that the project would still be in existence at that time coupled with the fact that there may be more economical viable options. I really don't think any person should be making decisions now based on a projection of 2050. The cryptocurrency industry should be way larger than what we have presently and most projects that can stand till then would be highly priced and valuable

The year 2050 is too long I think. How much time has been spent waiting that long . It makes more sense if we talk about the next 5-10 years or even less. Will Shiba return to the moon in under 5 years? I currently have a Shiba worth around $1,000 and of course I can't sell it now because I will have to cut losses on it.

Completely agreed! Throwing predictions are mostly pointless unless the point is to raise some sort of "awareness" of some particular project(s).

This forum would likely benefit from a thorough discussion of pros' and cons' of some promising projects rather than from a pure speculation of future price for a specific project. I would rather see why a specific project might rise in the future (e.g., some specific technology behind it etc.) and what would be some barriers to such a rise. Just my opinion.

Well, what interests me with your statment is, what kind of innovations do you think for Shib to make to reach that price?
Current market cap for Shib is around $6b with a massive 589 trillion total supply.
Now, in order for Shib to reach at least $1 it should have atleast almost $500trillion market cap. take note, just to reach $1 and that's 400x than Btc market cap. Then you should do the math for Shib to reach $5 lol.

I'm still thinking, is it possible for cryptocurrency to last 30 years or will they still be in demand in the next 30 years?
Maybe a top coin like bitcoin ethereum that can last till 2050, I'm not sure about shiba.
Anyone has the right to give their opinion about shiba, including Telegaon, whatever the purpose of the prediction but I see this as an attempt to increase the popularity of Shiba Inu

TL;DR

2050 will be the year that we don't know what the cryptos are still standing and existing by that time. Let's say and get into the minds of that imagination that Shiba will reach $5.

But will this crypto still exist by that year? That's even a bigger question that we need to ask before asking if it's possible for Shiba to reach that price.

The only realistic price that Shiba inu can get to is 0.01$ and that is if the burning keeps on going and Shiba team introduce Shiba smart contract platform too, though it still needs some crazy adoption from developers around the world but if the CEO keeps handling this project very well a one cent per Shib token is possible.

2050 is so far from now and predicting on what happened on that year is very hard i think no one can predict the price of shiba even 5 years from now it is unpredictable it is the same with other crypto coin that is high on volatility and sometimes there are things that happened so unexpected just like what happen to LUNA, so predicting is not a big deal for me because i believe that even expert cannot predict on what happen to shiba inu on that year 2050.
