I do not care if he is a man or a women... If HE/SHE invested money into Bitcoin, I would have less problems with HIM/HER being the face of Bitcoin.
This has no bearing on the subject, and it's weird to make the link between the two...
I have never been a fan of the whole Jenner family thing, being plastered into people's faces as if they are gods. It's a bit too plastic and fake for me to sell your family to the public.
I would rather have a person with a good reputation and financial sense in that position.

Bitcoin is not undergoing a big change. The problem of 1mb size limit is being addressed. There are different ways to do this but time is running very short. Gavin wants to fix things BEFORE the crap hits the fan, not after. The other devs have a conflict of interest which is why they don't want a simple and easy solution.
I think these reoccuring comments are pretty much noise now.

Bitcoin Core is only becoming Bitcoin XT unless 90% of nodes are Bitcoin XT, that means unless 90% of people want it to become Bitcoin XT. 1 = node = 1 vote. Everyone can vote.
