Sometimes it's hard for me to decide on my own investment strategy and I can't make decisions for strangers, because every person should take personal responsibility with any investment activity. I recommend you to do an independent analysis of projects and build up your own investment strategy. As for me I suspend my ICO investments now.
Joining bounty campaigns or ICO for me is the only way to earn huge rewards or profit. So I'll continue joining ICO's with hopes that it may bring good fortune to me and my family but if you want to join, make sure you have read the whole details of the project and how well the idea they made and look at the team as well.

I think no one can know if the project is good or not. If the ICO stage is successful, but when the altcoins listed on the exchange are devalued, we can still suffer losses. Take a few small tests and analysis on the project information. As you say, the team of the project has been successful in several other projects and they have a lot of experience but you should check to be sure. Analysis of their roadmap, development path and should also refer to the opinions of everyone. This is just my advice, I'm not sure it will be successful

Perhaps mate this would depend on your vibration or belief in the coins. And joining in the ICO will always depend on the individuals too.
Though, I still believed that there are ico here which is good to invest in and also good to partake too. If their team of each altcoins in the above
are always giving an updates and running in good progress , my tips is keep going to support it.
ico is the first choice of many investors in the world of cryptographic currencies. I do not recommend too much ico because it needs new rules. investor is taking risks when investing icos.

I personally stop joining an ICO but instead check out new release coin in Coinmarketcap and just buy on it. Most ICO coin are for long term investment, most of the coin depreciate in value in its early months of its release in the exchange. Since price at exxhange is lower than the price in the ICO, its wiser to just wait on exchange. This is the only problem with ICO, early investors does not get what they deserve.
I think it is a good opportunity now, because many projects are no longer able to get investment, only high-quality projects can complete crowdfunding, so it is a good project to successfully complete fundraising in a bear market.

Not a good time to invest in ICO because ICO today is infested with scammers. In the US there are many ICO that are already halt while others are under investigation by Federal agency. It is better to invest in a stable altcoin to be safe.

I think that ICO is the most dangerous risky, but also the most profitable business that I was engaged in life. It's like gambling in which you should not get involved.
It is your wish whether to continue to join the ICO's because investing in ICO is always risky, we have seen many projects like this went into scam after the crowdsale. I was confused too like you that Merculet is a good or bad ICO. But the reality is merculet ICO has successfully finished within two minutes! Now I am regretting. Though that time wasn't bitcoin but I always have an Eye on the ico related websites. And now I am preparing to join in Egretia ICO.
You should join ICOs if you have the money and coins to spare for it. ICOs have always been a good way to make a lot of money and as long as the project and the coin goes on to do well after being listed on exchanges then you stand to make a lot of money from your investments. Just do research into the coin that you are investing in.

Actually the market is now very bad, so i think I'm not to join the ICO, but if i've discovered a very good project, i consider joining.
Instead of your opinion I think that joining ICO is now the right way to make some profits. This is because the projects give some bonuses and if you can find the right project with an acceptable bonus amount, then you can make some profit.
