Just first do a research about the project and if you will found out everything good 100% then invest. But please bear in your mind that ICO investing is a long term hold. No one invested in ICO that after 1 week of token/coin release on market then all ICO investors become instant millionaire. Theres no such thing. ICO investors must need lot of patient and determination to hold.
You cannot judge by the team only, it is nonsense! You should take a closer look at the project itself. The team is important, but what is the idea? Timeline? Technical aspects?
