That's because they don't, or, even if they do, they get easily overtaken by PC components, PC's are great for gaming, the problem is the developers, they're that paranoid and insecure about filesharing they'll do anything to get their money including forcing gamers to connect to the internet just to play their games.

No, get proper PC

+1. I always thought that PC was much more optimal for serious gaming. Consoles always looked as if they didn't have enough power.
