My guess is it will go lower than 250$. Binance won’t collapse. But the current law suit will hurt the company for at least a few years. Then who knows what will happen after that? Maybe there will be other companies taking over the place of Binance, or dex will outperform cex. if you really want to invest it, try DCA.
I think it's better to accumulate BNB from now on because BNB price can be sure to continue to fall,

Even though Binance is the largest crypto exchange, don't easily put all money on it. Likewise to buy BNB, consider the other side before giving advice to buy. Instead, invite others to do their own research so they don't blame the adviser for making a purchase. Always remember about Nokia, they was really big before blackberry and Android going popular.

Never doubt BNB, it's the native token of the Biggest crypto exchange in the platform. That's why buying BNB is never be a question to begin with and since it was down from its ATH during the bull market, it is good to buy at this kind of market sentiments. You can add also the FUD it cause for binance to set low backs this days but never afraid to buy because of FUD, buy it because the price is cheap. But regarding to the question asked by the OP, nobody can give a concrete answer whether if it's a good time to buy BNB now or should you wait some time like when the prices will go down. If I were on your shoes OP, now is the best time to invest while it's still cheap because I'm somehow positive that BNB will rise again when the bull comes.

It is hard to suggest if you should buy BNB now. What I can suggest is you evaluate the movement of the market and check also it's historical price before buying. If you feel that your research is enough and you feel you need to buy it just follow your instinct. If i were you i will buy a stable coin first and stake it to earn some profits while waiting for the price of BNB to go down before i will decide to invest in BNB. Wait for the proper timing so that you will not regret your investment.
But what if the prices will not go down? Then waiting for the right timing will be a waste because that also mean that you are wasting some time. Staking stable coins are good but we should be aware about its disadvantages and advantages, so that we will not be surprised about what will happen, hence why we should learn and do some studies first.

After having some research, sometimes trusting our instincts will be the most recommended thing to do because even if you asked some people, you will still arrive to the same answer where it's not really guaranteed that you will earn some humungous profits. Everything is a gamble here where risks are everywhere.
Investing in cryptocurrency I am always worried because I don't know when the cryptocurrency market will move. I have almost lost a lot of money by investing before. I can't be patient after investing. If I wait after investing, I will get profit. I could. But I sold my invested coins without waiting and lost a lot. But now I thought to invest some money in bnb for a few years.
Bnb buying at currently stage is very risky as Sec has some issue with this coin and if SEC success then it will have a very bad affect on bnb price. we should be aware of it and invest in other coin which are safe. Ethereum is good option for holding it for many years

2024 is a long time, I can't exercised my patience till then, I will anticipate in both spot and future trading, either ways to make more profits from the market. BNB making both pump and dump movement, I wouldn’t triggered a buy if I were you, I'm just hoping for more dips, that's the motivation I need to triggered massive buy on BNB, remember it's a native coin on binance and will definitely shoot to the moon when the bull season arrives. All what I do now is scalping, buying and selling in short timefeames, all that not simple?
