You should not give any financial advice directly until you know something about that project which will impact in the long run. There are too many ETH layer 2 in the market and zao is not with binance anymore so i really doubt that BNB will have any impact in the market that it had in the past. What i think is it will lose its market share to other layer 2 networks, and you will see a desperate attempt by binance to keep BNB demands in the market by offering frequent launchpad projects. This will not be a pretty scenario for BNB in the long run.

Absolutely do it like this, but my suggestion is that first see the situation of market .
then buy it and hold on to BNB because it is a great project and it can grow very much in the future and the current market situation is showing that it is very growing. If you have extra fund with you and you can hold up then you can do it. There is still time to invest and hold and book your profit because BNB is also an excellent project and a strong project.

buying coins in the big market as long as it's not after halving, it's never too late. unless there are events outside the norm, for example the luna incident which destroyed the coin price. if there are no strange events and it's not after halving, buying coins in the top bigmarket is never too late.

Not sure about how Binance is performing but the BSC chain is doing spectacular. Binance had made the BSC network to be decentralized and it being able to survive even though Binance cease to exist. Of course binance news would have effect on BNB price but it won't be the only deciding factor.
BSC is taking over the dapps ecosystem and even though they have tough competition coming, they seem to be here competing for a long time. BNB itself is far low than it's all time high and I believe it's still a good price to buy at.

After the rumors regarding Binance, and after the CEO of Binance was replaced, it seems that BnB can still survive, so I think this is the right time to buy BnB because current market conditions have improved.

Sure ,It will be a very good time to buy altcoins at the moment cause we are in the bull market .BnB is also a very good investment choice which can generate lots of profits especially if the bull market continues down the way . Yeah rather than regret already the price of bitcoin and ethereum is going up a lot. With less capital BNB can be bought. I have opened short position and I am in slight loss, I'm thinking whether risk and leave short position open or close it.
