Today's outcome seems to recover, bitcoin price will rise after declined yesterday, people will buy back at this cheaper price, but still there is no guarantee.

yes should buy bitcoin at any time. bitcoin price is not going to fell down so much it will fluctuate here and after some time it will continue increase and not going to fell down any more, i think it is the best time to buy bitcoin right now.

Sell, or if you want to buy more because the opportunity has been presented itself. The price is down and other see this in a positive way, because they can get bitcoin and accumulate more. And later when the price soars again, just dump to take home a big profit.

You can buy more bitcoin because I believe the price of bitcoin will increase again and for sure you will make a lot of money after that so buy more bitcoin. Dont watste your time just buy it. Dont sell it , hold it and make profit.

It is very simple really, It all depends on what bitcoin is to you. The markets are very volatile right now and is not for the faint heart.

If bitcoin is an asset for you, then you will do well to hold on. If you are a day trader, what options do you have but to sell? If you like me use it as a currency, then keep using it.

i agree with you and we can see now, when the price is down like now, many traders is panic and they sell their coins just to make sure that they don't get loss. but if they can thinking more, their coins is still worth it even if the price is down because i am sure that in next day, their coins will be back like before and maybe the price will be increase more.

I think the so called traders than are panicking and selling their coins are just newbies. They are selling because they simply can't take the heat. But I think most experienced ones don't sell but rather buy bitcoin in times like this. Because today is the perfect opportunity to get bitcoin while the price is down and sell later with the price hits another ceiling in the next coming weeks.

i agree with you and we can see now, when the price is down like now, many traders is panic and they sell their coins just to make sure that they don't get loss. but if they can thinking more, their coins is still worth it even if the price is down because i am sure that in next day, their coins will be back like before and maybe the price will be increase more.

Down, if you know how markets work then you'll have no problem predicting price movements, next week every coin in the market will start

To pump hard just wait another week to see if I'm right or not mate. however I might buy back if price hits $2100.

That's right and if we get panic and start selling our coins then it will be an unprofitable decision to make and better option would be to forget bitcoins at a moment and hold our coins till price again start to rise as price may bounce back in coming days and the present time can be the best time to buy bitcoins as price is comparatively low now so you can have more amount of coins in your wallet with this price.

I think try altcoin in present very risky!

dont ask when you should buy or sell.
But ask yourself whether you want bitcoin or not, and if yes, then just go buy it.
Don't buy if you don't want it.
You can't time the market. You can not predict the bottom nor the top.
Then, after your first buy, you know your price point and you can start playing with it. Set marks respective to your buying point on when you want to buy more. I always buy more at 50 % drops from my initial point, if I still feel like it.
I also buy more when my expections have gone up 100 % but the price has only gone up like 30 %. Then that's a good deal to buy more at a 30 % increase.
If price has gone up 30 % but my expections of the technology have only increased 10 %, I will not buy more.
