Wait for a dip to buy.
Why would you buy Ripple from this price? Besides it's centralized and run by minority whales? Tell me only one good reason to buy Ripple. Because I don't see any good one, there's no need to discuss this. We try to stay away from banks, while you want to buy centralized bank coin.
You could try to just invest in some alts and trade them to bitcoins so just get some knowledge in trading and start making money.
Dont buy it at this price. The coin in circullation is very big and the total coin created is way far too big. The only thing i dont like ripple is the developer can issued or creat their coin as they wish and it is very centralised blockchain. Crypto created by satoshi is to fight againts centralised economy and monopoly by rich man. Ripple is far from that.
Right now? Maybe but really see it red kind turn me off.
Despite XRP has increased dramatically recently, I don't like it. It is controlled by a company. I think it is not a basic crypto.

Before I give out my suggestion, OP, no offence but you did not state why you want to buy, if you have any capital or not, moreover, that long dash can't help people on this forum to know how to advice you. And as regard your question, the decision is yours, if you have the capital, you can buy it. And make sure you make your research, that the price of a digital coin start increasing does not mean the coin might survive on the long run.
I wouldn't recommend you to buy ripple since the price is already too high. I stay away from XRP for now. You better of looking for less pumped coins like CyberMiles or upcoming Envion instead.
in my opinion don't buy ripple for now because the price is still high, try switching to another coin like igniz. I think the price will go up soon, but the decision is in your hands if you sure want to buy ripple is not the problem and hope you are lucky
