It might be better to wait in advance. It may be that after August 1, the bitcoin price will be higher. Besides, BCC will also be shared in some exchnager when size blockchain is enlarged, and I am sure it will make bitcoin price higher.

I am holding all of the BTC I currently have until the BCC fork happens.

Once that happens I will get my BCC and send it all somewhere to sell! I will then withdraw my BTC and be happier Smiley Smiley

Hohoho  Grin this is what I'm going to do either with my BCC. I'll immediately going to sell it but I won't be selling my bitcoin that quick. I'm going to wait for the right time to sell my bitcoin. I don't want to let those BCC stay long and hold it because it will dump very soon as exchanges gave their statement already that they will not support it.

like you I will hold it.
I had my payment today in one of the signature campaigns I joined. After checking my wallet earlier, I saw that I already have balance in my wallet. I compute what would be its amount in my currency or if I cash it out. Then I realize I will be receiving only a little amount after a long time of waiting for. Damn! Well I can’t blame anyone since lots of coin now have low price. Because of that I will not cash it out and I will just wait for the coin to increase its price. I will also not to cash it out because by this time is it too risky to transact.

If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?
Its depend on you. what will you do?
If you have enough money to live and you want profit from bitcoin then you can hold your bitcoin.
Bitcoin will dump but then it will pump again.I hope bitcoin price will be 4000$ this year.
Now its your matter, what will you  do.

That's panic selling, now we need those with the balls to be able to hold bitcoins for the long term because August 1 is fast approaching and the nerves of people are about to rise especially within the next 1 week as we approach August 1.
Very good idea, if a man have some other amount for leading their daily life so should not have to sale out his bitcoin because bitcoin is a resource not just a currency and I think probably at the end of this bitcoin price will pump and touching the highest increase point of $5000 for 1btc. So, I would like to give advice to bitcoin holders to keep hold their bitcoin till the rate is not increased.

But I think the wiser decision would be to cash out your Bitcoin when the price is high to Fiat Currency and at the same time wait for the chance to convert your Bitcoin after the affect of August 1 happens. Therefore the end result would be you having more BTC and at the same time be in time for the split to happen as the split will not happen in August 1 automatically.

in my opinion its better to wait for a while than cash out your btc because we don't know what is happen later but if you really need money maybe you can cash out half of your btc so you still have amount btc. this time, you need to be patience to waiting 1st august, stay calm and don't panic like other members said.

In my opinion, bitcoin will still increase strongly in the days leading up to August, and this proves to be positive, I've also turned some btc into altcoin to stay in balance with bitcoin conditions later on. I think we do not need to panic because in every separation there will always be good things that come to the surface.

that's right, buying altcoin is also a good option for us to save our bitcoin if something bad happen and if altcoin is up, we can sell it to make profit and we can get our bitcoin back and more bigger than before. i am agree that we don't have to be panic, we better to follow this journey and enjoy the story. even if there will be any separation, we still have our bitcoin stay in our wallet except we are panic and we are sell by fast without thinking too much.

It totally depends on yourself.
I invest all my bitcoins in trading and investing them on yobit. I get a good profit there. I find investing them instead of cashoing them out. The use of your bitcoins totally depends on you. You can do trading with them or start investing them. I would prefer you to start trading with some good knowledge and skills with your bitcoins for some good profit.
Yes it actually much depends on your decision making where if it is a part of your trading or investments why you will cash out it. Maybe the Segwit or the splitting of Bitcoin bother you but if you will take time to read announcement about what is going to happen on August 1st there some information that the splitting will result on an equal amount of your Bitcoin in a two form of Bitcoin so it is not bad to hold or to keep you Bitcoin in your wallet. But if you are going to play safe it is much better to trade or to used other wallet instead of blockchain so you can manage your Bitcoin with ease.

Why do you cash out? Even if on August 1 btc is dripping but it has after all. Do you think the coin that has bright future is dripping and will stay here? I don't believe to drip contrary i believe it will rise more. I'll not cash out even if it falls. With keeping patience more income can be earned. It is very hazard but i don't believe that i'll lose. Btc forever  Smiley
It is because I want to secure my money, I want to sell my all coins for many reason. First, I don’t want to turn in nothing all my savings. Second, I have a financial needs and I want to buy some things from my savings. Then, if the price of the bitcoin after august 1 will pump, it is not too late for earning/generating again a bitcoin, it’s not too late for the good income. Yes, savings actually works but I believed it’s not too late because I’m the person that my goal is to become rich. I will not stop even I always encounter a mistakes/failures.

Its all up to you.
If you need fiat badly then cash out some.
But if not necessary, dont cash it out, instead hold it and wait for the price that fit yours.
Think about it many times or you regret it afterwards.

That is right, cash it out if you just need it badly or else you will regret it. But if you just need to cash out a small amount of money then it is no big deal, you can deduct some numbers to your bitcoins that you can use to satisfy your need. Just don't do it everyday, try to save.

No, I do not think that you should cash out you bitcoins now. There is just no apparent reason to do so. During August 1, I do not think that bitcoin will go south and loose all its value. On the contrary, we should see a price increase in the aftermath. Even if the price does drop, we should see it return to a normal and if not higher than ever before. Just be patient and wait... There will be nothing to loose. Do not panic sell like some people have done over the past few weeks.

If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?
If I would be ask, I will surely and gladly hold into my bitcoin since I do not see any threats or reasons yet to cash out my bitcoin and also I still believe that in no time everything will come back to normal even the price value of bitcoin will pump to its highest value that we can think. Still hoping and expecting for an increase in its value. But the decision will be still depending on the situation but I will still hold some and cash out some for assurance.
Since developers are just doing to improve bitcoin i think what will happen in august 1 is just a feature that they are surely believe that bitcoin will improve the use of bitcoin. Such as speed of transaction and less fee.. and other improvement that can help by segwit activation. .
So holding bitcoin is always the best choice if you really want to have an investment and make a good profit because anytime soon the price can be sky rocket and increase its value.. if you sell you lose the opportunity to make profit..

It will depend on my circumstances at the moment if I can afford to wait for a better price then I will do it, but if you need that money to pay your bills, food and all the other things we need to survive then it is very obvious that I’m going to cash out my money immediately.

If I get payment in Btc I use it in two ways. If I need money in that time I cash out it. Or if don't need money I invest it in  alt coin.

It's something that is common to be done by bitcoin users.
Use bitcoin if necessary and invest it to make a profit Wink
