Wow, that's lot of profit man you must be good at your craft for achieving that and you must be an expert i supposed. Decisions are all yours hence investments always takes risk and it's all up to decide what project you choose of the four you mentioned. In my opinion, I prefer top coins or tokens listed on coinmarketcap are safe to invest of what funds you have right now and always take investments one at a time, slow but surely as they say so that future profit is guaranteed.

But unfortunately, OP doesn't recognize it instead of investing in other coins in the market.Anyway, that's OP's decision but for me, I'd rather have to keep ETH on my list than these coins. May they are good to others but really far from what ETH can do in terms of market returns. We taking the risk but it is riskier if we invest coins that we can't assured profit.
If I have those 50 ETH in me, I surely invest BTC and ETH more, not altcoins especially for new projects.

You are very lucky to have made 20 eth profits, and I think reinvesting your money in several projects is the right choice, and I think Filescoin is a good project, and my advice you should also invest your money in eth.

Find stronger altcoins to invest your money on, if you really want to invest on altcoins don't look less than projects on binance exchange, for example Harmony, Aavax, etc or it's even more better if you can hold your Ethereum, the next upgrade 2.0 will be launched soon, your Ethereum will worth more $$$ soon.
I suggest him to hold his ethereum. Otherwise, he can sell it when the price can reach his target sell price.That will give him a chance to make a profit, and he can wait for more to buy back ethereum after the price reaches the highest price.

If you have managed to invest and profited from it, I doubt you need any more help. Version 2.0 of ETH has started running beta and I think the price of ETH will increase in the near future.
