if we compare ether and bitcoin right now, it seems to me that ether has more potential, attention to bitcoin has already been attracted, and now new investors will enter, and big money will be invested in other coins. i think ethereum is a better bet in the long term it can scale and rise in value with the integration of the proof of stake algorithm and kasper ,plasma but try to deversify to reduce your exposure
