I think pretty much everyone has been anticipating the release of CZ and therefore there won't be any big pump but instead people are ready to dump their bag if there's any slight of price increase and it might cause some dumping as well.
it's the same thing with TON's price after durov's bail, though he's not cleared of the court case yet, but the price doesn't really react strongly toward the news.
It did react to him getting to Jail in the first place, though maybe you are right too - that's an anticipated event, so things may go differently there.
My guess is that it won't be a dump, as you said, but it may happen too.
