Its wonderful and exciting, but it might stir your stomach. When fun turns into worry, get off. I know something about winning and losing. Unfortunately, people become so caught up in the game that they ignore their instincts. Intense stress indicates risk-taking. Pause and reassess

Now, joy without spending? Even as a billionaire, thats difficult. Life best things are free. Park walk, excellent talk with friend, quiet time with loved one. Important things. When tempted to gamble, ask yourself, "Is this really worth the stress?" Its possible to have fun without spending money and leaving you rejuvenated, not regretful. I will accept that bet every day.
There is a false belief that in order to get some fun or entertainment we need to spend a lot of money, when the reality is that the best things in life are for the most part free, it is just that we fail to appreciate them, after all what I enjoy the most is being with my family and friends, and it does not matter where we are, we always have a blast, so this clearly indicates that what matters is not the place or what are we specifically doing but the presence of those people on my life.

Well in physical casinos rarely I see addicted people nowadays while when I used to play them in the early 2000-s they were full of addicted person who had lost everything in their life, glad that most people now are more careful as what they do with their money and time and I also agree you can have a lot of fun no matter where you are if you are with people that make you happy. Even in a casino you can have a lot of fun, I mean a physical one as you can sit down in a poker table or in a blackjack table and have really an enjoyable time there.

While for online slots only one advice from me, quit quit quit quit quit and never look back. The reason is simple, the online casinos have all the power in changing the RTP of a slot machine and nothing guarantees us that the slots are audited like they should.

After that experience it leves a bad taste, I didn't enjoy the session, and feels like a rigged game.

Had anyone here had an experience like that and think about quit playing slots?
Such exaggerating thoughts could be false that the casinos rigged or manipulated the games.
This is usually happened when players stakes is expected to yield profits after funding your wallet like an investment fund but at the end of the game could not actualize it.

Being honest, there are times we lost our bets furiously and begin to imagine why is it being impossible for we to win but we are always possible to loose.
It becomes no more fun as though because the casino is getting richer at the course of our looses.

Sometimes it does feel it is being manipulated or rigged as said when my winning was obviously over %99 sure but before the roundup of the game, it displaces my losts. Then I ask, how come? How could that be possible?

The last time I checked a good time with loved ones can be expensive, but filled with joy and harmony. Something gambling cannot provide at a go or easily. When we're not at home or close to those people we mostly love, a brief moment of gambling might be worth giving a shot. The most of it is having everything under control.

I think it's a pretty interesting strategy, because in essence we can always gamble but won't experience too big a loss, even potentially getting a profit if we are able to control the pattern well. Actually we can be freer to play slots without excessive pressure, besides having to know when to stop, we must know when is the right time to withdraw the initial capital. Quite often I see someone lose the profits that have been obtained, and don't even want to stop to withdraw the initial capital, just because they feel they will get bigger profits in the next round. Meanwhile, from my personal observations, the most difficult addiction to overcome is slot games, perhaps because of their ease of playing without requiring a particular strategy, unlike football betting and so on.
Greed in gambling is very difficult to control, they want to win more even after having a decent win before. If they are satisfied with winning, then they can stop that day, but the problem is that they find it very difficult to feel satisfied. The average gambler is basically greedy, but as long as they are responsible for their gambling, the impact of losing can be minimized.

A friend of mine didn't want to withdraw $3000 of his winnings on a slot where he never knew what the RTP was. He couldn't stop that night and was forced to stop for an hour because his smartphone lacked power. He continued playing after he had enough power, but unfortunately he had to accept the fact that all his capital and winnings were gone in the end. That's how greed is, it's hard to stop and control.

It's important to know when we will stop.
Recently, I had been doing this and I think it was also an effective way for our mind to clear. 30 percent. Once I lose that amount of my entire balance, I will stop. Then, I will go back and use the other 30 percent trying to find a game that could get me back to 100 percent. When I reach that, I do the same thing over and over again.
By doing this method I am avoiding the stressing of losing way too much and I am also enjoying the returns even though it's not yet a win. I mean, my purpose was to get entertained and enjoy playing games and so I did. I just don't want to lose way too much and as much as possible have a longer play time on slots.

I would like to add that if you don't want to lose more, then you need to have a limit on the money you use to gamble, as a reasonable limit for losing your money that you are ready to lose in gambling, this will also help make options on how we should stop and when to stop gambling without losing more.

Indeed, not a few people lose their winnings because they do not make an early withdrawal after they win and instead have too much confidence that makes them think about getting more wins, in a situation like this you have to stop for a moment in pressing to continue your round, and can think about whether you will continue or not, so that you can make a wiser choice when from the start you want to take some advantage of the gambling you do on your slot game, or save it for tomorrow. Slots are indeed a game that is very easy to attract gamblers to continue playing, therefore gamblers are most susceptible to addiction in this gambling field, and here the importance of self-awareness to limit many things in yourself with the game.

Gambling itself has a lot to do with emotions hence the earlier a gambler understand that very fact the better in order to be able to manage his emotions towards gambling. However, one of the major problem is the exit point that are at some point not always easy to determine, some times when a gambler is on the winning line he gamble more and when he is also losing he also tend to gamble more so he could stand chances of winning and may end up chasing losses hence, understanding the exit point is very point irrespective of whether we are winning or Lossing as not to be trapped or carried away by emotions and becomes devasted if things didn't go as expected.
A gambler should be aware of the right time to control himself in the place of emotions and exit. In my opinion you will lose more in gambling if you are overconfident about winning. While playing you should keep in mind that you will lose most of the time and decide the slots accordingly. You can limit the allocation of money and set the alarm for the time of departure. I realistically use this method to ensure proper use of limited resources and limited time from gambling, which plays a major role in limiting financial losses. Also, use the same method with profit feedback.

Trying to think the other way around I think is the best approach, in the sense that when you play especially casino games like slots then the main thing you have to think about is that you will lose, and therefore you have to believe that the house will always win, I think that is a good initial thought to avoid significant disappointment.
That is the best because I believe that when you are late and experiencing emotions then greater losses are likely to occur due to various impulsive actions that will occur due to the drive of emotions.

Therefore, focusing more on risk management is something that must be prioritized rather than being too serious about winning, you have to understand that winning is determined by the house while losing a large amount depends on how smart you are in managing and controlling everything, and betting a small amount that you can afford to lose is the best way to start.

Gambling on having emotions is really just that normal since we are just humans and we do able to feel out that thrill and enjoyment on the time that you would really be playing and so as with those frustrations and disappointments on the moment that you would be losing. This is why if you do find out that doing gambling is really that stressful on your part or simply you do become that too much impulsive then it would be just that right or recommended that you should really be stopping on doing gambling to avoid further damage when it comes to financial aspect. On the moment that you are get stressed then high chances that you might be ending up on taking up further steps on which it might resulting on having that bigger bet amounts on which we know that this is something which not really that recommended at all.

When playing gambling then this is something that should really be that entertaining and enjoying yourself on doing so and not something that could give out that kind of stress. Just like on what been said by others that if you do see out yourself on having that kind of frustration and instead on enjoying then it will really be that ethical that you should stop and find for another place to enjoy yourself.
Its not always necessary for you to have money to enjoy things on which there are really actually things that you could be able to enjoy without involving money.

annoyance will arise when experiencing what OP told, but this is where the importance of good self-control will play a role, I myself, if I experience what OP experienced, I will stop because there is a possibility that there will be annoyance that can make me lose control of myself and besides that I myself am a person who does not want to take risks when it comes to gambling, so prevention is better than cure. although maybe if I return to betting I can win but I'm not sure everything will go well. so minimizing the risk depends on ourselves. not extending the gambling session is a good thing, because it will make everything okay. we know that winning in gambling is not easy to get so the choice is ours, moreover when winning or losing extending the gambling session is not the right action in my opinion, there are times when we are emotional and if we fail to control ourselves this can make us fall deeper into gambling like being trapped in a cycle of addiction.

It's important to know when we will stop.

I understand that everyone has their own limit, but 30 percent seems too high to me. For me, it's 15 percent. I calculated this number because I once had a losing streak, and lost my entire deposit in five times.
And then I calculated that if my limit is 15 percent, then even after five unsuccessful games in slots, I will have one more attempt at a gambling session of games.

I have few ways that I also often use when I was quite fond of spending time in casino games such as slots, roulette or several other games.
Indeed, like limiting the allocation of money in gambling, for example gambling two or three times week and I decide to set an amount of money that can be considered lost money to pay for pleasure, in the amount that has been set I calculate how many rounds I can get and really stop when I have reached what I have estimated before starting it.
Say in 500 rounds with the lowest bet amount then I will not lose much money to complete these 500 rounds and in all these rounds I can get sense of satisfaction because there are some returns or free spins that can be obtained.
All of this makes it easy for me to limit myself from major losses.

the occurrence of annoyance or emotion is indeed a natural thing but in my opinion it is not natural when we are already emotional but still gamble because it is possible that it will only make us careless in making decisions where our minds are not clear so it is possible that we decide and take actions that are not considered first. We must be able to have limits, don't let the gambling we do put too much pressure on us and make us stressed, that is not the real purpose of gambling. Indeed, we should be able to enjoy the gambling that we do, so that there are no feelings that are triggered to become annoyed because indeed things like this must be avoided because if not prevented, it can make us lose control of ourselves. We must be able to let go from the start with the money we allocate that will be lost in gambling, that is the mindset that must be set.

Well you are right , self-control play a vital role in gambling, which may help to minimize losses when gambling. Because we all are aware that losses cannot be avoided or neglected, but one can manage his losses by having a good self-control. This the thing most gamblers lacks in this space that's why there are alot of sad stories how one lose a certain huge amount  amount of money, for instance one would have lose only just small amount of money but due to not knowing when to stop .
I think Practicing self control is easier said than done, I say this because a lot of gamblers knows too well that gambling without self control can ultimately have disastrous outcome. And every single time they plan to gamble, some would always try as much as they can to prioritize self control over gambling with emotions, and every single time they find themselves losing control. So it's not just a matter of knowing the importance of self control because many gamblers have already experienced the effects of lack of self control and yet they still apply emotions whenever they gambler and end up regretting at las. Would you still say this is caused due to their ignorance of the importance of self control?

Gambling itself has a lot to do with emotions hence the earlier a gambler understand that very fact the better in order to be able to manage his emotions towards gambling. However, one of the major problem is the exit point that are at some point not always easy to determine, some times when a gambler is on the winning line he gamble more and when he is also losing he also tend to gamble more so he could stand chances of winning and may end up chasing losses hence, understanding the exit point is very point irrespective of whether we are winning or Lossing as not to be trapped or carried away by emotions and becomes devasted if things didn't go as expected.

When someone gambles with emotion, it will certainly be very detrimental to themselves and most of those who gamble with emotion of course because they really hope to get a win from the gambling they play and when the funds they use for gambling have decreased, they may find it difficult to control their emotions, so it is very important for someone to continue to enjoy every bet they play in order to control their emotions when gambling.

If they can not controls their emotion, they can easily getting deeper in gambling without they realizes. So that is why gamblers must knows how to control their gambling activity and will not getting a problem while they gambling.
If they thinks that they getting more and more losses, they should not continue playing gambling but just stop their gambling activity. That will help them to prevent more losses so they will not regret to see the losses.
Preventing the more losses will help them to manage their emotion because they can take a deep break and realize what happen to them so they can think that playing gambling is just for fun. Gamblers must know how long they playing gambling, how much money they can risks to gambling and when they must stop their gambling activity.

I agree that losses in gambling Is just as normal as winning is, but tell me something, will you bet on a game that you are very sure that you will lose? Who does that?

So, we can't completely and all the time, blame a gambler for losing huge amount of money because we assume his loss was due to him or her lacking in self control.
Whether a gambler gambles often or not, the truth remains that from time to time, he or she will lose some games, he or she may find a game to be very promising and sure, and decide to bet really high on it so as to make maximum profit, only to discover that he lose the game by the end of the day, such loss is not as a result of lack of self control, it's simply gambling doing what makes it gambling.
