My friend, I have learned that in this volatile and unpredictable market you should not "fall in love" with any currency and you should sell it as soon as you have an adequate profit margin to your interests. It is true that you run the risk that ripple could eventually grow more, but if you do not plan to use that coin as a means of payment and only use it to speculate, you should not worry about that, as you will undoubtedly find a thousand more coins to continue speculating with them.
mate at first be smart ok . You should make your own decision ok . here people not know your buying price for xrp . so if u have gap between buy price and recent price u can sale it .
in my opinion hold ripple for some time it will increase rapidly in this new year...
If i were you i would sell all of them as soon as possible. you can earn more money holding it maybe but the risk is very high. Circulating supply is so high so it is easily to be dumped anytime.

Yes it's value will.be reduced but only.after reaching a new level and I think ripple will reach $5 and that will be like a new benchmark for ripple.and before we predict any dump we need to understand that ripple.has not even started I mean it's not even a beginning ripple has a long way to.go and surely it will excel and stabilize .
if you see everyone opinion then you will confusion , i think it is the correct time for selling. if you take a risk then my opinion you will keep holding this.
Definitely you can sell this is the best time to sell ripple(xrp) because who guys sell XRP/BTC ultimately he get to big profit from XRP.Because BTC price is near about 14,000$

You shouldn't have put that much money into Ripple, you should just keep the coins till you see the price worth selling at.

Great question. I think that Ripples current value includes every possible good thing happening to the coin. Any bad news or simply a lack of confirmation of the expectations will harm the price. However, I would not invest in Bitcoin.

I would have sold him precisely because at the moment I consider him overbought coin and the price for sale is very good.
If your profit is big enough, yes, do it. If you don't need this money right no, I guess it is better to wait until ripple will hit 10$)

Well I think you should sell only half of your ripple not all of it. Ripple will continue to grow in the start of 2018 and you must hold it to benefit more of the price hike that will happen.
We can't really say for sure that XRP can go up and increase in 2018. We all know for a fact that this is a huge pump that we are seeing and the next thing that we are going to see is a dump, a dump that so hard that you are going to regret your decision for not selling at the top price.
In my opinion, its really the best opportunity to sell it right now mate because of the above reasons that I have given. And then wait till the price goes down again before entering once more. But its really up to you, make up your mind, otherwise, you might lost a good potential profit.

Supply will only go down because Ripples are destroyed everytime they are used. The existing Ripples will therefor go UP in value because they become more rare
