I guess he have, but it would be better to just let go of losses and be refreshed everytime he is going to play as if it is this first time . Aiming to get what he have losses will only trouble him and make him frustrated. See how he started the thread. We are dealing the emotional aspect here, to continue to play or not is upto him . I will never advise him to stop but rather just let go of all the loses of peace of mind's sake .
Why would it be better for him to cut his losses? Give me one good example?
If he went in with x amount and is prepared to lose x amount why should he stop after losing 0.X amount? Makes no sense. If you are going to cut losses you might as well never gamble in the first place to risk it.
Becasue the risk of loosing even more is great. that is why you need limits.
I tested a good strategy and with limits it was perfect. then decided to remove the limits and to see what will happen then. =>26 consecutive losses...
To avoid something like that you need to learn when to cut your losses as there are times when there will be plenty of consecutive losses and the only way to not loose lots of it is to cut them at some reasonable point.
And as there is the unknown if this instant will come at beginning or later, then it is impossible to predict what will happen. Divide and conquer!
So good luck to all
