I think they need not to start using other cryptocurrencies as bitcoin is doing well.To be honest I have been in gambling with bitcoin for 2 years now.I never felt need or tried any other digital currencies so far.Primedice is doing well and Bitcoin is sufficient and they should not complicate things. This is my opinion and input in this discussion.

Yeah i think yes primedice should allow to play with crypto currencies and it can integrate shapeshift.io for this purpose because some other popular dice sites are using this system and it doing nice job for them, i am pretty sure it would be helpful for it to generate more revenue.

I wonder what you think about PrimeDice allowing to gamble with other currencies? I would totally find it cool if they would allow us to gamble with Ethereum for example. I know I can just use Shapeshift or so, but it would be cool if it would work directly on the PrimeDice site. What is your opinion?

If you only want to gamble with ethereum, simply go onto Crypto-games. They have a wide range of games and they accept ethereum as payment method as well. You could also try Yobit if you want to gamble with other altcoins.

Pretty sure this has already been suggested before, and declined.

Where is my ring of blades...
adding new altcoins to their dice game can become a little bit messy. but also at the same time I think adding them is worth the time and effort it takes to add them.

because right now I think they are missing out on a somewhat big part of the gambling dice by not having those options. people are looking at other dice sites like crypto-games for making bets with their altcoins.

anyways I hope they add this additional option too. I would certainly love to see that.

I also think no need to add any other crypto currency there because it have so many players who love to play with btc than it need to do this, it is going nice with its current system and no need to change this one there.

★Bitvest.io★ Play Plinko or Invest!
Why would they do it, when they have enough btc players. Implementing new altcoin would make vsite slower, and its a big question will they make some big profit from it.
Primedice offer simply and easy, safe and fast way of playing dice game. I doubt they will change this winning combination.

Well, but seriously what's the point? Primedice is probably already generating enough profit with bitcoin gambling alone and I doubt that if they add additional altcoins there will be much of a change in volume.

Also you can use shapeshift to convert from altcoin to bitcoin yourself.....

i agree about the first part, they are generating enough profit and they are busy with their system enough that i doubt if they change how things work just to add a new altcoin.

but about the second thing you said i have to say that it is not about the conversion, everybody knows hot to exchange altcoin to bitcoin. people usually want to keep the altcoin and maybe bet with it to multiply that altcoin. and not pay fees for exchange twice in the process.

It will be great to have another alt coin to play, but i prefer primedice is only using bitcoin, it will be more efficient and faster to play
If there is an alt coin, the primedice developer need to convert again, then the player database will be added so it will make the site become slower

Jack of all trades 💯
There running good now for focusing bitcoin as their main betting coin in their site and theirs no need really for accepting altcoin it can bother other gambler and it needs upgrade for a day,  and i really think they will need to add games not an alt so the players have options to play if there getting bored in dice and good they have bingo for now.

i don't know if they "should" allow gambling with altcoins, because they are having pretty good amount of bets and as a business that is all they care about.
but i certainly hope they add some other altcoins but with the same rules because i see some of these dice sites adding an altcoin but restrict the minimum bet amount to something big like 0.001 which doesn't make any difference.

In my opinion, the safest choice is to add Litecoin if they decided to add another cryptocurrency.  LTC has good volume and liquidity across the board in 4 - 5 exchanges, so there's no problem there in selling LTC.  Its price vs fiat is also somewhat predictable and almost follows that of BTC, and that's a good thing.  So almost no hedging required just to prevent losses when the market for crypto becomes really active.  All you have to worry about are prices in fiat.

I see some people are suggesting ETH.  The volume and liquidity are good, but I think it's way too early for sites to accept it.  I say wait for a year or two and see what happens.

Yeah, Maybe, Primedice can allow gambling using another cryptocurrency, And better if you give a suggestion in their official topics and so primedice know and consider with your suggestion.

yes, i would personally love to see this happen.
the only reason why i was looking for another dice site was because i wanted to make bets with a cheaper altcoin , something like dogecoin for example is so good for this matter.
Fortune Jack Casino is supporting Doge and they have Dice, you can play there if you want.
But with all honesty, I what is your reasoning behind - I want to play with 'cheaper' altcoin? If you want to bet less, then bet less! It is not that you have to go high with BTC or something.

And no, I don't think PrimeDice needs altcoins acceptance.

I think Primedice do not need to add some types of coins so far they've been popular and one of the best sites on the Internet related dice bitcoin
Other sites provide a deposit and play using some crypto with the aim of attracting users to play on their site while Primedice do not need to do that because the gamblers already liked primedice.

I suppose that allowing gambling with other cryptocurrencies would add a bit more flavor and traffic to the site (or perhaps not) but there isn't too much demand for that. Besides, other altcoins could be much more volatile than bitcoin and cause some issues. Even if Primedice doesn't accept other crypto-currencies, there are always other sites. Primedice is purely a dice game, and you can find that pretty much everywhere.

I think it's best if primedice sticks to one currency, bitcoin. It is where they were known and besides primedice is still the most popular dice game on the internet. I think its nice if they stick up with their originality and to not copy others that ha different currencies.
