No TBF should not be renamed the realcoin foundation as it still does support bitcoin as opposed to realcoin. IMO TBF should be dismembered as it is lacking transparency and is a overall risk to bitcoin as there are a lot of bad actors at TBF.

I read elsewhere, a Brock Pierce sockpuppet/co-investor/employee is demanding Brock likes chaos and hence used to invest against his own business. Hence he is investing in RealCoin !!!

Sorry for being the idiot here, but I don't get it. You aren't referring to the "RealCoin" altcoin are you? Is this some pun I'm not getting? I understand that the foundation has not been transparent and a lot of well-respected members of dropped, but I don't get this thread. :/
The Bitcoin Foundation board member Brock Pierce is rolling out RealCoin... an Alt coin. What can be worse for The Bitcoin Foundation to question its credibility ? Its' own board members dont have trust in Bitcoin !!!

It is high time that other foundation members stand up and kick out Brock Pierce or anyone who is trying to push their Alt using Bitcoin platform.
What do the bylaws say about "impeachment" of the director? I read them some time ago and they struck me as exceedingly un-demoncratic. The election of Brock Pierce for instance was decided by the board not the memers as a whole, AFAIK. July 10, 2014, 07:03:20 AM

Regarding the accusation they are the realcoin foundation, not sure don't have enough info on that myself but it sounds like a direct conflict of interest to be shilling an altcoin alternative while using the foundation as a mechanism to do so.
Yeah I have a real problem with this as well. There is a lot more they could do to support bit coin. Promoting another coin is a waste of time, especially when they are all ready doing very little to support bit coin other than making occasional statements and collecting donations for the right to vote on issues.
