This is in the right section. We're currently dealing with it, the spammers will eventually give up like they always do.
There's also a couple threads opened already about this, you can read more here:

Is there a way I can stop this post from coming to my notification bot?
It is a spam marketing or spam scam bot.
Forum under spammers attack has answers for you.

But what did you set for your notification bot?
Did you set your notification bot to alert you all new topics, posts in Meta board?

I don't know the right section to post this but I can equally move it when someone point it out to me. Just that i was so much disturbed by the telegram notification bot and was looking for a way to stop that particular post hitting on my notifications but no way since the user regularly creates new account every 1-3 minutes to repeat same post. Also i appreciate the mod/admin who is active either banning that particular user and their post, and all the post has been deleted when i tried tracing the post.

My question is; is this person a robot who create account within just a minutes to post, and what is his intention for repeating same post same topic and same content, in that post all has been moved to archived. Below shows the screenshot of everything i mean. Also didn't just have all that time take all the screenshot of that same post.
