Yes, I do understand how your script works. I have worked with Bitcoin payments tons of time and all scripts work the same on a basic level. I kept the same tab open the whole time and refreshed every time my transaction got a confirmation. The address I had to sent to stayed the same, but the download never unlocked.
I will go through your source code to see where the error is and get back to you.

You can open the url again, and you see another address, who you should send the bitcoins to it.
When you see another Address than your session is expired.
