I think FiveStar has all the reasons to doubt this project of yours. Why? well, creating a "storage" oriented project named after "SIA" which is already a decentralized storage platform secured by blockchain technology along with lots of data storage projects out there; Storj, Filecoin, Maidsafe, datablockchain, etc. I doubt you could possibly compete these names.

It will take a couple of days, maybe weeks or even months before those huge sell walls are gonna break. Unless of course the devs presents a great progress for this token which would encourage others to jump in and buy a few of these SCCs. If there are no progress at all, then this could easily be classified as one of the shit tokens circulating in the crypto-sphere.

Regarding 1sat on BTC yes is expected SCC is traded with ETH pair on several exchanges and when listed at Merca there is no reason for anyone to trade at 2stats when is available for a better value on the ETH pairing. This is why orders will gather as one at that current rate. I recommend you view both ETH/SCC and BTC/SCC
