ETH BTC SOL ADA all are better then those two. Buy a coin with real use and good future, don't gamble on meme coins.
true, especially if its for long run because surely that two memes cannot guarantee good return as they always plunge back to the support level because of some greedy investors that quick selling after the progress..

So much better to choose which has good market cap coins and good history in the previous run to assure everything will fine and there's a good results after all.

Of course, those are solid coins indeed. They have been in the crypto ecosystem for so long and has proven that investors are putting their money on those projects.

But there could be some players as well, who knows the rule on this meme coins and they would rather invest on them very early, get out when the price reaches all time high, rinse and repeat for this investors.

Hi,

I am sort of new to investing and have some funds to invest. Dogecoin and Shibacoin have been going through much hype in 2021 so I am thinking of purchasing some of this new coin ShibaDoge. But I am a little confused, if I do purchase it by exchanging it through ETH and then later on I want to sell it, how do I sell it? Do I have to physically find someone who wants to buy it off me?

Thanks

If you really want to buy into that coin then you just buy it through one of the decnetralized exchanges out there. For example there is uniswap for tokens on the Ethereum-chain or pancakeswap for the Binance smart chain. If the token that you want to buy is avialable on both networks then i would choose to use the Binance smart chain because there the fees for a trade are only a few cents while it is possible that you are paying 20$ dollars or even more for the trade on the Ethereum chain. If you want to sell later you just do the same action again only that you sell and not buy the coin this time.

That being said, my recommendation would be to not invest into sh*it-coins (meme-coins) the hype is pretty much over and 99% of them will be completely dead in a few months.

don't trade Ethereum to buy Dogecoin and Shiba Inu because their hype won't last long. keep Ethereum and other potential coins in your portfolio list because it can provide many benefits.
I'm not discussing how to sell them (DOGE and SHIB) because they mean nothing to me.

ShibaDoge is just another useless meme coin, whos developer tries to play on a sound and trendy name. I would never buy it and dont recommend to buy. You can only buy it, if you already heave a person who will buy it for a higher price.

The time of meme coins is about to end. Now everyone are interested in NFT and metaverse. Investing in such meme coins wont double your investment. Of course you can get some profit from memes, but I would suggest to buy altcoins, as they are less risky investment with the same amount of estimated profit.
The movement is still the same as before because it still prioritizes pumps and hype and yes, this is the same as their predecessors who did such things so I'm not too surprised.
Because Hit & Run will always be in coins like this, when you get a profit then run away and leave. It's just like that and indeed this is very risky for those who are not good at taking advantage of momentum

Checking on the current price, it seems that it is not doing good in the market.
Although there is volume around half a million, still the price is way below as expected. Hopefully the OP did his research before investing on this meme coins. Otherwise, it will not be good investment afterall. And as you can see majority said that this is just a meme coin and the increase is due to just a few pumping and then dumping it to make quick profits.

As a rule, such coins that are in the TOP-10 are more reliable, but they cannot bring you much profit. But such new coins can bring hundreds or even thousands of percent in a short period of time, but the risk of losing your money is very high. So when investing in such coins, everyone should be aware of the risks and make such decisions on their own.
It's true that they (meme coins) can't provide maximum profit in the near future. What exists can open up opportunities to lose money as a risk that many people don't want to invest in.
Safe investment in my opinion lies only in BTC, BNB and ETH.

They just wanna gamble with meme token and they will not care with the potential token. So many times people have been warned about the potential scam from the meme token but they just ignore it like they never see it.
I personally don't want to go into this anymore because, as you said, many experienced people advise caution.

Every purchase that will be made must be considered. What motivated you to plan to buy the coin/token?
I think that he learned from the doge coin and shiba inu of those who invested early in shiba and doge coin have become millionaire and this gives him a motivation to invest in the meme token with the hope if he can turn his small amounts of money to be millions of USD.this is motivating so many people to jump into the new meme token againn and again.

Isn't this a good moment to consider buying a potential coin that has more hope for the future...

If you are still thinking of investing in such meme coins, frankly, I do not recommend it. Because investing in meme coins is a very risky move in my opinion. While you can make good money in a jiffy, the risk of losing all your money at once is too high. This trend started through the doge through Elon Musk. Later, many such meme coins came out. Subsequently, more than half of them scored rugpull and the investor suffered serious losses. I suggest you invest with these in mind.

Yeah that's actually going to be it for the many, however in my side, I put up a little more restriction that I would never buy below top 5. I might be missing out a lot, although I do not really buy any altcoins just yet, but it's just me trying to avoid out every means of possible of being victimized by these pumping coins that are randomly popping up and disappearing within the top 10.

I also don't invest in meme coins. Cheesy

You really need to do a lot of research on cryptocurrency  before getting into it. Going by random advice from forum posts is a pretty surefire way to loose all your money eventually.

Even really smart people, with backgrounds in tech and finance, need anywhere from 20-100 hours of research to gain some level of confidence in understanding the subject.

You can get into it easily without learning: folks are happy to take your money. Its keeping those funds, or growing them, where stuff gets complex.

Start out going and taking the FREE courses from Digital Asset News (DAN) at their website https://DANTeachesCrypto.com/

It's free, you just have to register with an email address. Use a burner email if you like.

But people who rush into crypto too quickly soon find themselves with a lot less than they started out with and they never can understand why (and blame everyone and every thing but ty their own recklessness).

If you consider buying coins or tokens on the basis of good development, then coins that are in the top 10 will be able to give you maximum profit. But if your choice is Shiba, will you get the maximum profit?

the motivation to buy coins/tokens is one form of investment that we hope to get maximum profit, coins that are worth buying based on considerations, these coins/tokens have a good level of development, potential and have a good selling value if the market returns to the right track, on that basis we choose and buy decent coins, the rest there is no other reason that can motivate us to make a purchase.

It's just another hype coin, and the risk involved is very high. So are a inexperienced investors and chances are you don't know the ins and outs of crypto specially those hype coins. I would advise you to be careful about this hype and meme coins.

You sell it on the exchange that you purchase it, simply as that.
I agree because after all meme coins are too risky and the other option is safer,
the top altcoins like Ethereum, BNB, Matic and some other coins are more profitable,
most importantly do your research before deciding to buy coins

Hi,

I am sort of new to investing and have some funds to invest. Dogecoin and Shibacoin have been going through much hype in 2021 so I am thinking of purchasing some of this new coin ShibaDoge.
Can you think again with your decision to buy this token? I see that the token is alive but if you were able buying it and why are you still worrying if you can't sell it back? Can you tell me whether that's a new token that is not yet on exchange site or it's already traded? this is also important thing for anyone to know about this.

But I am a little confused, if I do purchase it by exchanging it through ETH and then later on I want to sell it, how do I sell it? Do I have to physically find someone who wants to buy it off me?

Thanks
If you were ably to buying your token and you must sell at the place you have bought your token, right? is this what you meant about shibadoge? https://coinmarketcap.com/id/currencies/shibadoge/markets/ https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/shibadoge#markets

It's traded on uniswap and hotbit. You can sell your shibdoge back through these exchange sites.

shiba and doge hype 2021 ah that's a rare thing and can't be repeated quickly with new meme like shibadoge as you want ,shit token with a compound name that doesn't have any correlation with the developer between tokens A and B ,it's all your money that you invest but my advice you should think twice about taking meme like that !
