Is there still place in this signature campaign? I don't see anywhere to write that the sig camp is full or if there is any free slot. Thanks!

I can not accept you right now for two reason:
1) There aren't free slot for your rank.
2) Campaign is changing its rules.

I think he mean to say that this campaign is following Fixed rate but they didn't paid in advance. But will pay you at the end of the week. By the way, this campaign is going to pay pay per post from next week.

This is the last week of Fixed Cost. Next week will see 15 slots open for our highest performing Full, Senior, and Hero+ members who will remain at the fixed rate.
The other 45 that we have currently will convert to pay per post - the terms of which are being hashed out now.
Why are we doing this?
Because we don't think it's fair that a user makes 20 posts, some of which are of low quality, and the resulting lack of quality posts disqualifies them. This way will allow us to pay people for what they do as well as keep our turnover rates lower.
