yes there is a sign of bull run at most times ever since we start the year of 2019 but so far only bitcoin is performing verry well while others have been left behind . lately im surprise when i see that etherium is catching up . litecoin is also doing great but now bitcoin is back again on top and still continue to increase at a rapid fashion . idk where it will goes but this event is so exciting . yet i still wish that other alts and tokens can also catch up becuase i have a bunch of them and ive been hodling them for over a year now .
now we see the growth of the market, a bitcoin pump is done several times, and this time altcoin is participating in its growth. amazingly, bitcoin is growing fast, I think now we are really in a bull run.
Expected after the last year that's full of slow motion now we are earning the market's sentiment of bull run. We've plenty of signs now that this is the bull run, the king just reached $10k and what now? alts are significantly increasing too. Eth is pumping and other top altcoins too. Everyone speculates that we may break $20k very soon and it's high chance that we may see higher than that for the following months. I'm holding my position and waiting for a sell time though if I sell now, I'm already in profit. 
I think right now is the signal of the bull run for bitcoin price because if we take a look at the bitcoin market, the price seems trying to increase higher. I see the chance for bitcoin to increase in this weekend will be wide open since the chart at the exchange shows us the bitcoin movements are good and strong enough to increase. Maybe we will see the price will hit $11k-$12k in a short time so we can sell some bitcoin to take the profit.
I think the price should move much more than 11-12k. Now, when BTC hit 10, all mass media will start shilling crypto again. Just look like this was in 2017... And after BTC we will see alts bull (like this was in the beginning of 2018)

It maybe participating now but we all know it's not enough, the growth still does not make us profitable.
We need them to pump big like bitcoin, like for instance, ETH is still at $300 now, it should rise to over $1,000 in order to see a real effect of the bull run.

Well, Bitcoin reaches 10k alreay! Crazy days. Some alts rise fast as well, some not, while most important is hold and accumulate now. Though I think there will be a correction soon at 11 or 12K.

In my opinion, I don't think we are in a bull run unless people are only thinking about bitcoin. It seems many people have associated bull run with a rise in the value of bitcoin. Many of the altcoins are still struggling to make an impact on the crypto market. It is bitcoin, ethereum, BNB and a few others that are doing well.
How do you define a bull run? Is a bull run when Bitcoin goes from 3k to 9k? Then we are having a bull run this year. Or is a bull run only when cryptos go 100x? Then we might have to wait another 5 years.
this is not a bull run yet. maybe it is a bit bullish for only bitcoin. but it is obvious that we can not compare nowadays market with 2017 bull run. altcoins are still very low and some strong coins are really very underpriced.
It might be not bull run yet but the next months will be interesting because it is the high probability that there won't be next lower low (longer TF view)

in view of the reality it cannot be compared to year 2017 but I think now that it is still half a year there is still a lot of real bull run time going to happen keep patient and see what happens until the end of year 2019

a bull run sign might occur at a bitcoin price increase and a sign of a trading volume at an increasing exchange place, a bull run has taken place and take advantage of this bull run moment to draw as much profit as you can

because now the bullish trend already coming back in crypto market
this is normal because every time they always go up and down because it is fluctuating, for signs to go up they usually have good news but good news doesn't always make them go up

because now the bullish trend already coming back in crypto market
We have been waiting for the coming of real bulls too long, and each rise of the market seems to us to be their come. Probably, the market will go up faster in July-August, and now, it will be fluctuating a lot.
Currently, in my opinion, it has entered the bull market, because the price of bitcoin has reached USD 9284 and Ethereum USD 268. For this year, it is predicted that the crypto exchange market will be crowded by investors, especially those related to buying and selling bitcoin.If you don't take part in investing at this time, of course you can miss the upward momentum right now, because until the next few months I predict the price will continue to rise.
I'm not looking frim technical side but fundamental. Believe me mass adoption will start from this year, and the impact from bitcoin halving on 2020 wiil be a strong bull run sign.
It is not a completely clear indication of the bull run but the market has already recovered which seems to be there is upwards trend. As you can see most of the familiar coins have already increased their prices in the market which it is going to be a very good sign to grab as many potential coins as possible in the market.
