You can also just simply search all over the services section : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 or there are some campaign managers who are also offering free signature designs if you are going to hire them as your signature campaign manager.

Those listed participant campaign managers are having a good track record history in the every ico. Which means they know the standard procedures of creating the signature campaign according to the rules and policy that they wanna make.

Very good way to do promotion is through signature campaign, there are many who can design signature for your project,you can find them in Home>>Economy>>Market Place>>Service there you will find some people who can design signature for your project. We are working on to get escrow. I do have visited the above mentioned section which gave an brief ideas about signature campaign.

If you want to start the signature campaign yourself then go to the rules thread of signature campaign in the services section and learn to start it yourself. and announce for hiring a designer for creating the signatures.

You are right, if people do not have interest on altcoin signature campaign, then try bitcoin payment campaign, because bitcoin is solid, but altcoin is not, people risk time and energy on pure altcoin campaign, if they promoted for a bad ICO, they will earn a little money. If they pay in bitcoin, more people will join, also this way can avoid dump&destroy the altcoin price.

It benefit both users and devs if he choose to pay bitcoin,he can protect his coin from dumpers when it hit the exchange,thereby disrupting the price that devs wants his coin to achieve,I've seen that happen to so many coins with similar set up,if they are interested in the coin that they are promoting,they will use their Bitcoin rewards to buy that coin.

yes this is the correct rules for a newbie who fetched the most important projects and I recommend to use escrow Yasin because he is an honest person to perform escrow.
