The Gaming concept of the website is good and unique. Nice design, you have certainly done a work here.
But you'd require to escrow the funds in order to gain trust from the members.

I think it will be hard for you to attract participants because you doesn't have escrow and you're a newbie. 
Also too low payment for high ranks. You should increase payments to x3 or x4 for participants
