Now I noticed that you changed the system of rewards from stakes to fixed amounts of tokens.
When I wrote about guarantee, I thought more about solution like this:
Bounty allocation - 5% * 1 000 000 000 = 50 000 000
Signature campaign - 20% * 50 000 000 = 10 000 000
Allocation will be distributed according to the number of participants achieved:
>500 = 10 000 000
>250 = 5 000 000
>150 = 3 000 000
>100 = 2 000 000
>50 = 1 000 000
<50 = 750 000
Of course, the more tokens the better
A note that it will for sure not change will be very helpful.
Stakes remains as it was.
Rewards
Member/copper member = 1000 CPLAY
Full Member = 1500 CPLAY
Sr. Member = 2000 CPLAY
Hero Member = 2500 CPLAY
Legendary = 3000 CPLAY /week

If I can advise anything else to attract participants..
Signature campaigns that pay in Bitcoin require 20-25 posts per week. Campaigns that pay in fast-converting altcoins or tokens require 15 - 20 posts per week. Campaigns which pay in tokens that do not know when (or if) they will be listed on exchange require 10 posts per week (90% of campaigns) or 15 posts per week (10% campaigns). Standard is 10 posts/week.
10. We reserve the right to stop the campaign, modify stake rewards, modify campaign rules at any time for any reason.
I know that your allocation is huge, but this condition makes that not many will risk 2 months of work. Unfortunately, in the past, many projects used this condition too much and paid dust in the end. Think about guarantee of a minimum amount (even in case of little number of participants) and it will definitely help a lot.
I think you are right, we have already modified our campaign rules.
