I did neither create that list, nor is my answer to the post by Vongola related to the rest of my post (I clearely seperated those two parts).Anyhow, my opinion about you and your work does little to nothing to this thread, as we both seem to be interested in taking up the position.
I think instead of creating threads,people looking for campaign manager must do some search on this forum and check running and previous campaigns to get idea on who would be the best campaign manager for their campaign.Such threads only invite unnecessary recommendations
It's alright, a good way to search for active managers (as long as they take a close look at applicants).I wouldn't say the threads are the problem, but I agree that people recommending managers are rather pointless, those posts could be left out.
