Why can't you wait for few days and whe you become Member then join a campaign?

i doubt you can do anything with signature campaign since XBTec fullmaybe you have a skill to be offered in services section
You won't get anything for being a Jr. Member man. You have to wait til you are a Member at least to join some campaigns.

just wait 1 month and you will become member
there is no place else to join in the campaign because it is full now..

maybe you can check next week, in case someone withdraw from that campaign, so you can apply for it

now all good paying campaigns for junior members are full you should wait until new campaign. or may be running campaigns increase participants then you can join them again.
