Gyft allows you to purchase gift cards at over 50,000 retail locations in the US, including: Brookstone, Lowes, GAP, Sephora, Gamestop, American Eagle, Nike, Marriott, Burger King and Fandango. So, technically, you’ll now be able to use bitcoin to pay for a Whopper. That’s progress, right?

Since the Silk Road shut down Bitcoin has seen a rise in popularity among many new financial news sources of repute.

People are FLOODING to the market. I'm hearing everything from "It's internet gold" to "It's like investing in Facebook before everyone was on it".

But one thing I am not hearing is people suggesting it as a gift. In the past it was not a viable gift for only 2 reasons. 1. You couldn't spend it very many places apart from the Silk Road. 2. You could spend them on the Silk Road, so parents weren't really into getting them for their kids.

But with the closing of the Silk Road, the bitcoin is basically the new "Visa Gift Card" for the internet.

You can buy basically ANYTHING online with it using this site:

And you can buy gift card codes for Amazon, Sephora and tons of other sites with Bitcoins using this site:

So buy your son, daughter, niece, nephew or even siblings and cousins some Bitcoins for Christmas. Not only will they have a cool new technology to talk about, they can spend it wherever they want. Or even save it and wait for it to be worth more.
(You can also day trade on mcxnow just like a stockbroker. But I only suggest day trading philosophy for people with money to lose, as there is always a risk involved in trading back and forth for profit)
