Yes, but SEC is kept declining the ETF because the government already know once they start accepting many new investors state trading the Bitcoin and it can easily reach to new ATH price. Until that we cannot able to guess the price of Bitcoin.

they even not announced it yet, although in last day they reject it.but there are many etf approval that submitted by other people.perhaps one if them approved.

Yeah it is being good but till not it is not yet very good, bitcoin is getting investors which is making price high, I am sure till the end of 2018 bitcoin will control the fallen price, as now all over the world bitcoin is being famous for high profit and saving of future, in many places bitcoin is being use as currency and at some places it is being use as way of making future.

The ICO market has been dropping that lead this market to be pulled down.

I'm also expecting that the bull must come soon but it seems that its becoming late than we are expecting. We've got still 1 more quarter for this year to end.

Obviously it's more than 50% of the this year was spent to bearish market only but i still believe that bitcoin will have a good run this year. But if the remaining months is still nothing, then only then i can tell that maybe it took a year or two before a full recovery of crypto will happen.

no one can predict the future, I don't believe any predictions at all. I prefer to use my intuition to trade.
