We suggest you upgrade BitKan APP to the edition 2.5.9.4, download the lastest one via google play, it will be worked out~
Hey OP I just did what you've said and update it in that version but still its crashing when I want to fill the security questions I have 1GB ram in these device and its smooth in every part of your app but except in security questions. I cant transfer the balance to my wallet
Is there someone that has the same problem with me?

Got the same Problem. Already shared and a friend of mine clicked the link,but doesn't Show up in statistics.

You have to set up your security questions then you can withdraw you btc

You can't withdraw your 0.001
App says you need at least 0.001 in your kan Wallet to "pay fees"
Plus App is buggy.
Deinstalled it and rated 1/5 because full of bugs and no support.
You can withdraw your 0.001 directly after set up your security questions, the fees is lower than 0.00009. Sorry for not replying immediately,cause maybe we have jet lag and yesterday is weekend day.
