they say they will complain to the courier but it's the courier obligation to refund them to then they refund me... i think they should refund me... could you help me ?

I think that courier should refund. Something during shipping is happened as we can also see by tracking.

hi all

I bought 1 unit 230 gh/s first the tracking was ok then my unit is lost in france !!! i contacted DPD which is the courier and sinosigma too they all say the package disapear !!! what can i do Huh

My package was lost for 2 days between Portugal and France. I think that in those 2 days something happens off course.

hi all

I have a same problem. Today I have taken delivery and was placed in the bottle of mineral water. 8 January we paid € 2950, and today we got this, here are the photos.

I ordered ASIC blade, bacplane and the power supply. The package contains only a power source. Courier company was supposed to be DHL , but they chose instead Hronopost. Then the problems started right away seven days my shipment has not moved anywhere .

Hello! I have the same problem. Ordered the product but the package contains only a part of it. The rest of the shipment contained two bottles of water. Sinosigma-Eunope are liars. Blame the couriers, promised to pay back but have not done it so far. Website, they are also closed.


I askf for 25% of refund at the moment. I will keep informed here.
I'll wait till monday

So, for me, this is a big proof of their honesty.

I prefer to refuse this temporary refund waiting for a final solution, but... I appreciate this fact... it is not a so common thing.

Just received email from sinogima-europe.
They assure me that they keep informed me about update in this situation.

As I told previous behind sinosigma-europe there is a legitimate company so, I repeat, I'm confident... also due to a lack of 2 days in tracking package by courier and also due that they replu to my emails without any problems.

I will write other when there will be important upgrade.

"The courier investigation can take up to 30 days or more that is their
response, meanwhile i can assure you that with another client who had a
similar situation they have admited their fault and they will refund us.
If you want to go to the police we understand and we will collaborate if
needing, thing is we can not be responsable for problems in transit as our
conditions of sale says, we have no fault if the package has lost for 2
days and was changed, we can't even know if you received and are trying to
fool us to get your money and the unit back.

I can assure you that the complain has been sended and that we will wait
and update you with informations as soon as we have it.

I ask for ID number of complain but at the moment no answer.

Sorry for annoying you but I think that is very very important for all of us to know if company is honest or scammer.
Our authority is give feedbacks to other users to prevent them problems.

In response to your PM, yes I had no problem with this store I buyed a 30 gh/s first and some weeks later a 104 gh/s my only complain is lack of documentation and information related to overclock and some minor problems (crash) in the 30 gh/s..but my tracking always showed my orders correctly.. i think if your package was lost for 2 days at the courier that maybe the source of your problems, 1 time i bought gpus, motherboards and cpus from a well known store named pixmania (www.pixmania.com) and when i received the package I had only 1 motherboard inside it take me 3 months to fix the issue...

Infact, due also to the fact that behind "sinosigma-europe" there is a known company I'm not so convinced about their guilt (but all things could be)... but I exepct now a correct way to solve this problem.

Answering to all people that sent me  PMs.

Other details:

-I pay with bank transfer NOT in btc

-Courier document shown as sender not sinosigma europe (that I think is only a simple name) but another company. Doing some research I found that this company is legitimate and known in Portugal; also the name of the sender is known.

Tomorrow will be monday and I will inform you about situation

Be careful. This sounds like a 'Bait & Switch' scam and they are putting the blame on the courier company.

Personally I would contact the Police and let them sort out who's to blame: Either the ASIC company for fraud or the Courier company for theft.
If the ASIC company is legit, they won't mind. If they're the scammers, they'll everything they can to stall you. The "Oh don't worry, we'll get it sorted for you. Let us deal with it" kind of responses.

Yes. As I wrote to Sinosigma-Europe I wait till monday evening, after that I will contact Police

PS: to be honest it is true that during shipping tracking (courier: Chronopost) there is a lack of 2 days. In that period I wrote to sinosigma-europe and they told me

"It's already with dpd, but is very strange it should left monday, i will contact the courier in order to know what's happening."

after sinosigma-europe wrote me again

"This situation is not normal, the package was lost for 2 days, we have shiped before to *** with no problems, i don't know what happen!"

So that the package "disapeared" for 2 days it is also clear from shipping tracking.

As said, after monday I will inform you about if sinosigma-europe is serious and honest or it is a scammer....
at the momente they are collaborative.

Hi,

last week I ordered an Asic 230 gh/s for 2'950 €.
Today I've received a box full of bottle of water.

Someone else is scammed like me?

NOW I'm in contact with sinosigma-europe.... may be courier stole my HW ?

At the moment Sinosigma-Europe is collaborative to solve the problem

Sinosigma-Europe monday will contact courier to open a complain.
Tracking expedition has a lack of 2 days in wich my box was lost and then re-appear, probably in those days something happened.

An extract of the mail with Sinosigma-Europe

"Open a complain, see what they say because for 2 days the package was
untraceable (when you send me the email about tracking i contact them and
they were unable to locate the package) and the wight don't match, if i
see they see imediatly any problem i will refund you or send you another
unit, if they ask for more info i would have to ask you this information
before refund"


I'm confident at the moment.
I will keep informed you.
