I can't access that website so obviously the ploy of that ICO was just to get money from their investors. They have made attractive offers and packages for them to invest a huge amount of money and gather it as they exit.

The solution for this is to become vigilant and be informed so that you won't become a victim and also you can help people to be informed as well. There's no certain task or agency that will chase them unless the victims will bring this up to higher courts.

I don't have detailed information about Sionstore due to lack of information from Google search, I think this is a new project that has met the target amount of money and then left. Very disappointed in this pandemic situation, there are still many scammer projects to deceive investors while still experiencing economic difficulties.
I have stated in my previous reply that an exchange called Apoolex has recently changed his brand name to SionStore, after being accused to be a scam. It pretends to be an exchange platform but we can't find it listed in any rating platform like Coingecko or Cmc. As you have just mentioned that search engines can't recognise it. It seems that it has been created to promote scams and convince users in order to deceive them.
I invite you to check the links mentioned in my previous post.

Thanks coupable for a well detailed explanation with enough evidence to let us understand this project is a big scam, it has often been emphasize that people should endeavor to do research before investing money on scam project, I guess many people still don't take this seriously because of that they will keep losing money to scammers.

It is equally good for members of this from who wants to invest in any product here to visit the scam accusation section to check if there is any associated accusation relating to the project

By just checking the symbol of the coin GBY, it refers to Gold BitPay. So it's obvious that using the name of an existing project is a fishy way to scam people. And even this platform called SionStore is a confirmed scam which its name has been changed from Apoolex to SionStore.
Someone has already reported that this GBY project has a plagiarised whitepaper, which confirms it as a scam sheme:
I never heard about GBY coin before, also not listed in coingecko or coinmarketcap. This coin only listed on this scam exchange and plagiarized whitepaper

Stay away from those scammy projects. And do your own researches before investing your money. The ICO marketplace is so risky.
I have already found other topics discussing this scam:
Has someone invested in GBY (Gold Bitpay)?
Apoolex SCAM?
BitKKTex - Anyone heard of this new exchange?
