Thanks to all of you for replying, in these days I pretty much gave up on wirex, after their ridiculous response I instantly moved all my btc funds to another wallet and invested in another service. After a few tries with a couple of similar sites, I ended up using Shakepay.co, a simple site that provides you with free VCCs and let you easily load them.

I'm using Cryptopay right now. It's much, much better that Wirex IMO. I've used Wirex in the past, and I've even had issues with my 2FA in there.

I'm really done with wirex, I used to use it a year ago and I was already annoyed by all the fees they made me pay from time to time, but at least it worked. Now it's not even working, I have around $18 worth of btc in my balance, and when I try to add $10 in my virtual credit card it says "can't estimate your blockchain fee right now, try later" every fucking time, they don't even respond to my emails so I'd rather send my funds to my actual wallet and deal with the fact that I just lost time/money. Is there any other site that works the same?

They have a thread here and you can also contact gosha@e-coin: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/goshae-coin-409314

The thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wirex-bitcoin-debit-card-buy-bitcoin-mobile-banking-send-money-1392468

There are similar services and these are Xapo, Uquid, Cryptopay, Spectrocoin, but always search for reviews and decide which one fits your needs.

To mention here too that there are some services being developed that are accepting altcoins and we will be able to spend altcoins directly from the debit cards.

I left them for the same issues you had as well, I switched to UQUID afterwards which is definitely a better option. We have a list of similar services: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-bitcoin-debit-cards-1242788
It's also worth mentioning that some services like Mona.co and TenX are in the last development phase and they look very promising.

I will try out UQUID and let you know, thank you for the share.

I guess the reason why it's not working is this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/this-is-whatve-happened-in-the-bitcoin-debit-card-industry-2120076
