Most of gambling site have that feature, but remember, each site has their own rules how much min to tip or transfer to other account. (I.e you must wagered some amount before can do tip, or reached min level before can transfer or tip).

Exactly, every gambling sites that have a tip feature if I'm not wrong here but I think that won't help and will I guess some of them afraid of giving tips because there is a chance that you will be suspected as one of your alternate accounts, it will I guess put your account in risk.

You mean about tips? Most of gambling sites does have tip feature.
Crypto.games does have too where you can simply type on chat !tip (Username) and then viola you pass up.
Im not aware with roobet though and others but most likely this feature is just a standard.
