Several months ago I logged on my old account there and I could use their faucet without any problem, so I believe you still can get some satoshis to play around with there. I think there is no gambling site or casino that is completely free. Some gambling sites or casinos offer some amount of money as welcome bonus but you can receive that welcome bonus only when you deposit a certain amount of money on their site. If you want to gamble then you need to have the money to do it, if you do not have it then that is OK but then you should do something else with your time and avoid wasting it by trying to find something that most likely does not exist.

or not the wagering requirement but before withdrawal of your winnings, you need to deposit first. so this won't be worth finding because the terms may be too high to accomplish, and so before you can reach to even half of their requirements, your bankroll is already long gone.
