Now he will have his fake paypal account limited because of this chargeback.
I will get my money back for certain. Wink
How much you have sent him 10$? It seems 10$ was enough for OP to run away, yeah if your paypal account is older and have lots of previous transaction than chargeback may come to your favor. I have also gone through such situation few months back, with $20 worth of bitcoin but i successfully got back my paypal from that scammer.
$14. But it will be going into my favor because I have proof of his scam attempt and will send it to them if he disputes this.
I will win it no problem whatsoever.

Geez , what a low life scammer , runaway with 14$ ? LoL
It was ruled in my favor so did get the money back to my account today.

Looks like he did not get away with it. The buyer of the bitcoin did a reversal of the funds that he sent too him. But he did not say whether he got them or not. It usually takes a few days for them to be reviewed and then sent back to the account from once they came from if the transaction was not authorized from the buyer. Well according to the TOS on their site.
We will see if they honor what they state on their site when someone claims that they did not get what they paid for. Undecided

No way. I know that filing it as a service will not render me my funds back from paypal. They are not going to trick me into doing this or claiming as a good either.

Yes these scammers do not deserve to get even $10 in paypal.
They just ruin their reputation here after this so what is the real use.
Unless they are doing this from multiple accounts then $10 from 10 users that they scam using this method can add up to $100 for these weak attempts.

I sent this money to him and he has not responded back yet or sent me any btc yet.
Plz don't mind my words but you are just an stupid man and you deserve this fucking scam
Why you send PayPal first Huh?
You are senior member with some positive feedbacks he has nothing and you send him first
So if nothing is sent in the next hours then a chargeback will come.

How is this going because I was not expecting Sr Member like you sending money to a newbie and just read you already done and now going for charge-back is this happen or your money gone looking for update about this  Cheesy
I filed a charge back because I gave enough time for him to response and he was lurking like a rat on the forum the entire time last night 4 hours after I sent the money to him. So I thought I would see the bitcoin sent by the morning (12 hours later) but nothing so I filed a dispute.
I will win it. That I know and that is why I didn't mind sending first because I knew that I will win this dispute. That is certain. His paypal account is new and mine is not. Wink

You should definitely considering dealing only with members that have a established reputation on this forum. There are a lot of scammers trying to get your money out here, and it definitely doesn't help to be a newbie.

However you should also use escrow for your customer's safety. They are way more likely to get scammed by a newbie, than say, a full or senior member.
I will do that next time.
I have been on the forums for so long that it use to be different for trading.
Now I see this place is nothing but full of scammers now.
I will never trust anyone on here again.
This is my last trade here EVER!
